We had booked this tour to be picked up from a hotel between 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. There was no call and no show. I called the support line. I was told that they called me to advise that the driver was running late and that they would be there by 2:30 p.m. There was no missed all nor VM. At 2:30 p.m., there was no call and no show. I called back the support line. They told me the driver was still running late and should be there by 2:45 p.m. That time came and went - no call and no show. I called back around 3:00 p.m. They again claimed that they called (another lie). At the time, they said the driver was stuck in traffic, which is another bogus excuse. They asked us to reschedule. We also ride-shared to the hotel so we incurred additional expenses. I would never use this tour service. I have also filed a compliant with Viator.

Our tour guide, Tristan, was amazing! He was on-time picking us up, a safe driver, very knowledgeable of our selected sights as well as knowing San Antonio. He provided recommendations of places to eat and other places to go see. Highly recommend Tristan has your guide.

Our tour of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park was an absolute highlight of our trip. Our guide, Sean, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the area. He made the experience both informative and fun, sharing insights and stories that really brought the landscape to life. We were in a small group of just four people, which made the whole tour feel much more personal, almost like a private outing. Even though we weren’t able to go up Cadillac Mountain due to a road closure, Sean went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss out. He adjusted the itinerary seamlessly and showed us even more of the beautiful surrounding areas, which we truly appreciated. To top it all off, the tour ended with a delicious lobster roll that was the perfect finishing touch to an already amazing day. Highly recommend this experience, especially if you get Sean as your guide!

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! I originally thought we’d be part of a group, but it ended up being a private tour for just my daughter and me, which made it feel even more special. Our guide, Rene, picked us up right on time and was warm, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable throughout the evening. We started with the Tower of the Americas, where we enjoyed spectacular views of San Antonio, followed by a driving tour of important landmarks and fascinating local history. Dinner at Biga on the Banks along the River Walk was absolutely delicious. We also visited the historic Pearl and the beautiful Hotel Emma, both rich with character and history. Stops at the The Alamo and the historic Emily Morgan Hotel—known as one of San Antonio’s most haunted spots—made the tour even more memorable. We finished the evening with a relaxing boat ride along the San Antonio River Walk. A truly delightful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Perfect way to see San Antonio! Our family of four loved the passion Alfred brought to the tour. As a local, you can tell he truly loves the city, and his knowledge made the experience even better. He shared wonderful personal anecdotes that added so much character and insight along the way. The stops were quintessential San Antonio, and we were amazed by how much we were able to see in just one day. It was great for all ages, and we especially loved having a guide drive us around while also being so informative. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a fun and efficient way to experience the city!

1 star Unsafe driving I had a really bad experience with driver Chandan Deep today. He was driving at excessive speed the whole trip and kept slamming on the brakes hard without warning. I felt nauseous and was sick for the entire ride because of how jerky it was. I would not recommend and did not feel safe.

Brilliant tour with an amazing tour guide (Heidi), well pace and informative.
