This is a great tour of the Everglades. Our guide, Walker is great. He gave us tips on where to stand/sit to get the best views. He provided earplugs in case the boat noise was too loud. He had bugspray for us to use. The company sent notifications before event so I had no need to confirm anything. Our ride was air conditioned and comfortable.
