- The Niagara Falls Helicopter tours are weather-dependent and may be suspended in cases of heavy fog, strong winds, rain, or snow. If this experience is canceled, you’ll receive either a voucher for a future date/time or a partial refund.
- Lunch will be enjoyed in the company of other guests from your tour group.
- The total duration of the tour may vary slightly depending on traffic and seasonal conditions—off-peak tours may be shorter due to lighter crowds.
- The Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour runs seasonally from April to November. In the winter, it is replaced by admission to the Butterfly Conservatory and Niagara’s Flying Theatre.
Know Before You Go:
- Your pick-up time will be confirmed 1–3 days before the tour via email or phone. If you can’t access either, please be in the hotel lobby at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time.
- A pick-up location must be provided for every traveler
