The guide was great, the experience was good except I was offered a 50% refund for the inconvenience of it running late and having to take an Uber to the sights, having to walk around locked entrances because of a commercial the company was shooting (traveling with 83 year-old with knee replacements) and was given $76 of a $500 trip for 3. That is not 50%!

Our guide contacted us the evening before with a welcome text and a description of car and pickup location. This made it so ease to find. He was organized, knowledgable and able to answer all our questions. We were very pleased and would encourage everyone to take this tour. Bar Harbor Premium Tour with thunder hole and Acadia Park. The lobster rolls at the end were an added plus.

Courteous friendly guide (Frank) was informative and efficient from the time he picked us up at our hotel until the conclusion of our tour. We visited Niagara Falls (Canadian-side) Under-the-Falls, Falls Tower and Falls Boat Ride. Highly recommend SeeSight for good value and good time!

Prior to the tour, I called the company. No one answered. So I had to just figure out my question. While the tour guide was a very nice kid, he didn’t have much information to share. He basically escorted us from spot to spot. He kept saying he couldn’t remember the facts. Also, the company changed our tour time last minute and didn’t not inform us. We sat at our pick up location forever wondering what was happening. The air in the van also didn’t work, so being stuck in the back row as not ideal. It was nice getting to get in a fast line for things like the Maid of the Midst, but the other negatives I described do not justify the cost.

Really lovely walking tour lovely young man we met very friendly and told us alot of Toronto ans also showed us lots of fascinating places Was not rushed and plenty of time for photo shots Would really recommend this sight for this

Great tour, but tour guide spoken English very poor, couldn’t understand a word !

Was a great tour with a fantastic guide, Manish. Beware you will get wet but it is totally worth it on the Behind the Falls and Maid of the Mist tours. Pack a towel 🤣🤣

Our driver left before the cruise ship disembarked and did not want to come back. No accountability.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled and I never made it to Saint John at all. Seesight waa wonderful to work with, understanding of my situation and provided a full refund. Thank you for making a stressful situation a bit less stressful. I sure hope to make it to Saint John one day in the future so I can finally do the walking tour!

The tour was great and Kayleigh was wonderful. We went to the all the major attractions, including the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Wind, both were very enjoyable. Kayleigh was a wealth of knowledge and was very personable and fun to be around. I highly recommend the tour and her.

Great walking tour, no rush, plenty of information and Q/A. We totally enjoyed it.

Cruise Ship was unable to dock so we lost out on close to $800. Numerous attempts at communicating with SeeSight guest services rendered not even a “policy” response. We knew there would be risks with pre-payment… make sure you know the risks as well.
