The tour was fantastic. Our guide Izzy was fantastic , she was easy to listen too. She was very knowledgeable about the places we when to. She was easy to talk to. She wanted to find more about us and where we were from. I’m also proud of the company service she works for. The other couple in the tour lost identification on one of the stops. After dropping us off she was going to back track to the sites so she could find the identification for them. She went above and beyond her tour duties. We later found out that they found their id by another tour operator and it was brought to them. Finally , I would recommend doing this tour because it’s a small group and becomes very personable.

It was a great tour! The tour guide Nancy was great also, very knowledgeable and informative, we learned a lot about Texas. It became a personalized tour of with my family.

The worst experiencia ever!! The tour was not at 10 you change it al 9am with no time to confirm sow we lost the tour. Im still waiting for my refund!!

Our tour guide never showed! SeeSight changed our reservation time without my knowledge, so we didn’t have a tour, and I am having trouble getting a refund! So not a good experience!😳

Great small-group tour! The weather was uncertain in the morning and the helicopter ride could not fly at first, but our guide adjusted the schedule very smoothly. We visited Skylon Tower and Journey Behind the Falls first, and once the weather improved, he arranged the helicopter ride for us. It ended up being the highlight of the day. The tour was well organized, tickets were handled for us, and the guide gave clear instructions at each stop. I also appreciated being able to leave my bag in the vehicle. The attractions are mostly self-guided, which I actually liked because it gave us freedom to explore at our own pace. Overall, a very memorable Niagara Falls experience.

The best part about this tour was the skip the line portions. Our guide Shariq kept forgetting names of the things he was pointing out. Bridal Veil Falls completely slipped his mind and he had to be reminded by a group from Europe. Seems as if the guide should be the most knowledgeable? His stories also had different truths to them. After the tour researching showed he was off in the explanation of where Goat Island received its name. The sites on this tour were really cool and skipping the lines made them a little better. This is absolutely something you can do on your own for less money. Not recommended by me.

Cameron was fantastic. He was thoughtful and kind and flexible, answering so many questions which showed the depth of his knowledge. We were very impressed at this for someone so young! Really contributed to our enjoyment of the trip. Thank you! Traci and Larry Harris
