Excellent tour with a small group and all the highlights that we had hoped for on our visit to Niagara Falls

Layton was great as a guide, friendly and knowledgeable. Too much food in too little time. The food was delicious, wondering if arranging for smaller portions would leave more room for the food at the end😀 Is it possible to tip after the fact? We feel so bad that we didn’t think of it before he left.

Vinny was an amazing guide! He shared local stories, tales of daredevils, gave us tips on staying dry-ish on the boat and when we asked his favorite lunch spot, he happily gave us a recommendation!

Booked the Niagara Falls trip and was not disappointed - collected from hotel and it was a small group of six people The guide was informative polite and funny which helped us all relax Initially I thought the trip was expensive but after seeing Niagara Falls from behind the falls and from a boat from the top of the Skylon tower I felt it was good value The guide also took us to Dufirin island - a whirlpool and past the power station and the gardens - we skipped the line on all the attractions - all in it was a very enjoyable day and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - sorry I dont recall the guides name

What a beautiful afternoon! Nous avons apprécié cette excursion de quelques heures basée sur les chutes du Niagara. Accueil à notre hôtel par un sympathique guide. Visite des environs en amont des chutes, explications sur les dispositifs de régulation des eaux. Puis passage aux chutes, dans les couloirs puis en bateau. Promenade en minibus dans les environs de la ville pour voir les lieux importants. Au final, montée à la Skylon Tower. Pas le temps de s’ennuyer, tout nous a paru intéressant. N’hésitez pas, c’est à faire.

We booked the Peggy’s Cove Express Tour with 3 couples. To call it a tour is very misleading. We would have been better off and gotten more information from a taxi driver, and it would have been much cheaper. The driver gave us zero information and had little to say even when we asked specific questions about the areas we were passing through. We were given 2 hours to explore Peggy’s Cove, and when he arrived early was mad at my wife because we weren’t ready (waiting to pay for a meal) as he had arranged another tour. We still were good to go before the agreed upon time. Basic silence for the 1 hour drive back to Halifax

Really pleased the driver waited for us to get off ship as time was tight. It was great to have a small group tour of 6. The driver was knowledgeable about the area. Very friendly and enjoyable addition to our visit .

Driver struggled to find one of the customers who had been sent to different pick up point. He was not in uniform as expected and gave no commentary on the journey. 1 hour drive to reach Peggy’s Cove, an hour to look around ( not long enough) and an hours drive back. Possibly cheaper to take an Uber. The Cove itself is beautiful but needed more time to explore fully.

Complete ripoff. Paid $400 for my family of 4. Tour was postponed twice by text. Changed pickup locations twice. I called Twice and responded to 2 emails but never heard from the company. "tour guide" showed up late, and admitted that he had NEVER led this tour before. $400, this is what we got: A small pastry we stood in line for. Cost: $5 each.Then we walked 100' to a restaurant and got a choice of tomato soup or seafood chowder. No one at the restaurant knew of this tour nor had any any idea of who we were and had never heard of the tour company. After 20 minutes of discussion we were seated and had our soup. Cost $12 each. Next, walked 150' to another place where we were told we could order 1 of 4 flat breads. No flat bread on the menu but finally after 20 minutes of discussion we were offered a choice of twp flat breads. And... you guessed it, nobody at the restaurant knew anything about the tour or the company. After being told it would take another 20 minutes to make the flatbread we opted to leave. We walked 100' and were allowed to choose a doughnut at a walk up counter. Cost $3.75 each.For $400 USD we received a total value of $80 CD exclusive of tip and tax. I have reached out to the company but as before they do not return calls ,text or emails. A TOTAL FRAUD AND RIP OFF
