Our guide, was absolutely magnificent, knowledgeable, patient and turned the overall tour into such a great experience. We even stopped at a local bagel and coffee shop for some amazing and reasonably priced quick bite and coffee. Definitely top notch experience.

We had a wonderful time. It was a small group so we had the opportunity to ask our guide questions and it felt like the tour was tailored just for us. Vince was very knowledgeable, personable, and funny. I would recommend this tour to anyone. You'll get great service and have fun seeing the sites. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

Great trip, great tour and very nice to have everything planned out so we could just enjoy. We were able to do almost everything on the American side of the falls in one afternoon/evening. Gary was very knowledgeable about the area and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he was able to make a call and find out. He did a nice job as our tour guide.

We enjoyed the walking tour even though it was lot of walking, Martines narrative and stories kept us entertained. She shared a lot of information and gave very useful tips.

This is more a review of the company service than the boat ride. The boat ride was excellent & the captain was very nice. Calling the phone line for help was not a great experience and even though I was told they would call me back about a billing issue, they never called back and now they don’t answer the phone. Very disappointed with such poor service in a service industry.
