My family and I decided to take our summer vacation at Niagara Falls, Canada this year. I booked a small tour group for my family and I to tour Niagara Falls, Journey Behind the Falls and the Skylon. Heidi was our tour guide and she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was excited to hear all about history of the areas we drove around to and what to expect when visiting the places that were included in our tour. During our time there, we went back to the popular tourist places to get a closer look that Heidi had told us about. Heidi also gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. We went one of her suggestions twice because it was so good (Antica - Vanessa was our server both times and she was great). I would definitely go back to Niagara Falls and/or explore more of what Canada has to offer. Great job Heidi!

Heidi was a wonderful and informative tour guide who went above and beyond to secure a last-minute wheelchair for a member of our party. She was an excellent communicator throughout our entire tour, was exactly on time every step of the way, and shared a ton of interesting and/or helpful information with us, including where to go for our scheduled events, the best places to stand for a great view, excellent dinner and hiking locations, and fun facts about the city and falls. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for the full Niagara Falls experience!

This tour is a great way to see Peggy's Cove and the surrounding area if you aren't renting a car in Halifax. We had enough time to walk around and take it in. We also got to see the canon being fired at Citadel Hill at noon, with a stop at the Public gardens too. Overall, a really nice way to see places we otherwise would have missed.

Picked up at our hotel and driven everywhere. We saw the falls from a van, a boat, underground, a platform, a tall building, and a helicopter! Nice to not have to stand in line to purchase tickets. I was expecting our tour guide to stay with us for all the activities, but she was there to drive us to all the locations and get us in/out. Due to cloudy weather, our tour stops had to be rearranged, which ended up working out fine, but we did have to kind of "kill some time" at a couple places that didn't need that much time! It was a good experience overall and Brittany was sweet and did the best she could with the circumstances. (she also was kind enough to drop something off at my hotel after I forgot it in her van)

Omar was a great guide, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Van was comfortable and air conditioned. Omar’s suggestions regarding places to see and eat at were very much appreciated. The trip to Peggy’s Cove was very enjoyable.

Martine was a great guide! She was very knowledgeable, and made it fun for the kids.

We loved our tour with Heidi! She was very thorough, kind and communicative. She bantered easily with us and was very knowledgeable. Loved the Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower and boat trip. It was so helpful being driven around to all the attractions and shown exactly where to go and what to do. Heidi was balancing out 2 tours at the same time and did great making it all work.

I went with my family. My husband needed a wheelchair, our tour guide Heidi went out of her way to find one for him. We enjoyed the Skyline and the boat cruise the most.

What a brilliant day. Malvina was fantastic. Pickup was prompt and on time. Tickets all ready to go for all attractions. Malvina was knowledgeable, fun and friendly. Everything was efficient and stress free. Just such a fantastically organised day and we had such a blast. Would highly reccomend!!!
