We loved our tour! It was perfect. Our tour guide was Lucas. He was informative and quite humorous! We had one couple with us and we all enjoyed our time together. I would highly recommend this company!

Oscar was an excellent guide and the activities were very well coordinated.

It was a small group of 4 people. The other couple was very nice and my husband and I enjoyed hanging out with them. They made the tour fun. The tour guide was boring, kept repeating herself about the architecture of the buildings and she would show us places that we could not enter. She took us to the food market, and upstairs was a museum. Yet, she took us where there was the original "chair" the founders sat in. Thats it, a chair! WHOOPIE A CHAIR! There was more upstairs but she wouldn't take us. She hyped up this exclusive underground city that ended up being just a shopping mall area in the basement under the business building where the train station was which was closed. Why show us a shopping area that is not open on the weekends! She only took us to the first store and showed us the trail where all the shopping was, then we turned around. 10 minutes walk to look at the beginning of a lot of stores and turn around and go back. She seemed to get annoyed if we stopped and took pictures along the way. We paid for 4 tickets to the CN Tower but the men decided not to go because they were afraid of heights. We had to wait for her to wait on a long line to buy 2 tickets for us ladies. What happened to the money We paid for our husbands. Then she was not allowed to go in so the other lady and myself were on our own. It was a waste of money! I do not recommend

Martine, our guide, was wonderful. She shared so many historical stories and fun facts about the daredevils of Niagara Falls. The tour was great, skipped lines, timely travel to each spot, but still felt relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Heidi is an excellent tour guide! We got started early and, as a family of 5, got a personalized tour guide all to ourselves. She got us 1st in line for the 1st group at Cave of the Wind. She knew how to have the best experience at each attraction, sharing with us where to stand on the boat and Skylon elevator to get the best view of the Falls. We got the best table for our Skylon Tower Buffet Lunch and told us which pictures were the best ones to purchase (the non-cheesy ones). She was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about the area. Gave us recommendations on restaurants and other sights to see while we are here. This tour is great because you don't have to worry about parking and really don't wait in line at all. The maple syrup tasting was a sweet touch....truly enjoyed our time.

We had an amazing time at Niagara Falls with our guide, Martine! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day seamless for our family. From the Journey Behind the Falls to the boat tour and helicopter ride, Martine kept us informed and entertained every step of the way. She made sure everyone was comfortable and had fun, and her warm personality really made the experience special. Highly recommend her if you're visiting the Falls!

Absolutely incredible! We had Martine as our guide and she was kind, friendly and incredibly well spoken. Her breadth of knowledge was outstanding open to all questions and explained the history of Niagara to smallest of details. If I every revisit Niagara would definitely make it a point to coming back, unforgettable experience.

Nice and professional

Heidi was great, timely, had tickets in hand and took us right to the line. Our small group was great. Much better than driving and buying your tickets separate.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour to Niagara Falls. Emery was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable! The boat trip was our highlight, being that close to the falls was amazing.
