Heidi was absolutely amazing! She arrived right on time to pick us up from our hotel and immediately made us feel welcome. Her knowledge of the area was incredible, and she shared fantastic recommendations for the best views at every stop. She guided us seamlessly, showing us exactly where to go and where to meet back, making the entire experience stress-free. Heidi answered all of our questions with patience and genuine interest, even asking about our own experiences along the way. She was truly kind and thoughtful—5 stars simply aren’t enough to express our gratitude and how wonderful our time with Heidi was!

Emma was superb! She is very knowledgeable and shared many facts as well as local stories. She allowed plenty of time at each attraction and made sure we knew what time we needed to arrive/leave to make our next ticket time. She was also very patient waiting for me with an injured foot. I had to use the ramps instead of stairs. While it takes a little longer most things are still accessible.

The tour was amazing! It included the Maid in the Mist, Behind the Falls.and the Skylon.

Vince was a terrific guide. He gave us interesting information about Niagara Falls. He made adjustments to our tour when our ship arrived late and we could not join our group on time. He was an excellent guide and an enjoy person.

A great tour with Graysen! We moved away from the downtown port area and toured areas near the library, Beaconsfield House, St. Dunstan's Church and the theater district! A great introduction to the history and culture of PEI. Highly recommend this tour.

We were picked up by kelly from our hotel and driven in a little mini bus to the falls. We were given tickets to the behind the falls and didn’t have to wait in any queues. Great experience there and a trip to the gift shop. Lots of photo opportunities of the falls then on to Skylon tower, again tickets were provided and only a small line for the elevator. Amazing views from the top then back to the van where we did a driving tour of the power station and floral clock. We had a short visit to the whirlpool then off for the boat trip. All tickets provided so again no queuing and a fantastic experience on board.. beware you will get VERY wet! Our trainers are still soaked through 3 day’s later! Personally I’d recommend wearing flip flops ! Kelly then drove us back to our hotel. She was really great especially with our son who is autistic. I highly recommend this trip

Heidi was our tour guide for the Best of Niagara Falls Canada Premium Tour. She was excellent- probably the best tour guide we have ever had! She is very knowledgeable and personable. It was an excellent tour. It exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!!

Madison gave us a very thorough tour of the area which included lots of history and an islanders perspective. Would highly recommend!

We had a great tour with our guide Greyson from which we learned interesting facts about Charlottetown and PEI. We would definitely recommend this walking tour!
