Daud's personal tour of the main Falls attractions was just right for us. Prompt; courteous and interesting; his local knowledge added flavour and the tour was varied to suit our interests. We got to everything we wanted and had a very interesting; informative and relaxed morning; followed by a recommendation for lunch which we would never have found on our own. Highly recommended.

They pick you up at any hotel in Niagara Falls. They use a van instead of a bus. Our guide; Guy; was so knowledgable!! He was outstanding. It is well-worth the cost instead of the bus tours offering a discount! We did not need to find the Niagara Information Center. Take this tour as soon as you arrive!! I can't say enough about this new company!

Guy was a professional; knowledgable & friendly tour guide. Loved having our own tour guide for our party of five and would highly recommend this tour for visitors to Niagara Falls. Maid of the mist and behind the falls tour were fabulous!

Absolutely great tour! The company owner; Daud; is truly extraordinary and is thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the entire Niagara Falls area; attractions; events and especially history. This tour; Sight Tours of Niagara Falls- Private Day Tours; provided us with the crowning jewel of our Niagara Falls vacation. I strongly advise taking this tour immediately upon arrival to Niagara Falls because the tour is so eye-opening; enlightening and will provide you with a multitude of exciting activities to enrich your vacation. The tour was everything as advertised and a lot more! This tour had my wife and I experiencing things we never dreamed existed in Niagara Falls. Well worth the money spent!

Booked our tour of Niagara Falls on line and received more than expected. First of all we recieved what we considered a private tour; it was only the four of us on the tour. We hit all of the high lights in the area and had a great time doing it. I would highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give 3.5 rating; but since it's not possible; rounding up to 4. First; the good. We had an after-wedding party of 13; ages everywhere from 10 yr old to almost 80; and See Sight Tours was very flexible and accommodating with the tour start time; the place of picking us up and dropping off; and with guide even running to the base to get an extra step-up so an older lady could get into the van. The tour was entertaining and educational. Maid of the Mist was the highlight. Now; for not so good part; after the final part of the tour - the Maid of the Mist boat ride; we had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up. We got late for our dinner reservation because of that. While waiting we tried to call SST; but nobody picked up and didn't reply to the messages we left. This leads to the second con: communication was not reliable: even during the planning phase emails would go unanswered; and calls would not be always returned. Every time we get through; SST was apologetic; so their communication problem is caused by rudeness; it just appears that they are not well-organized. Finally; prices quoted on the web site do not include 13% tax - that fact that is never mentioned on the SST site but is important and not obvious for those coming from abroad; like us; especially for groups. Overall; you can have very nice experience with SST - just remember that price will go up by 13%; do call them often if they don't call you back; and ask your guide for his phone number so you could tell him to come pick you up after the boat ride.

Fantastic from start to finish! Booking was easy online and followed up promptly. The owner of the company; an extraordinary young man named Daud; picked us up from our hotel lobby 5 minutes early in his impeccable new van. He guided us around the area with interesting narrative and allowed appropriate time at the stops to explore some on our own. He was able to take us around long lines at all of the big attractions like 'The Maid of the Mist' and the helicopter tour and Skylon Tower and saved us lots of precious time and aggravation. His recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on. Great service and great value! Highly recommended!

Excellent tour. Days; our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very personable. It was a small group of five which was very nice. Didn't wait on lines for tickets and didn't have to worry about getting around town and parking. So glad we booked with this tour company!

Wonderful tour; it hit all the hight points in Niagara: The falls; behind the falls; Maid of the Myst; Flower Clock; power plants; the park; & the Skylon tower. If you are unfamilar with Niagara this tour is the way to go. In our case it was small just 4 of us; but that made it more unique. It was like our guide was our personal escort to the sights for that day.

We lucked out and were the only ones on the 9am tour on a Thursday. Our guide; Daud; was on time; very professional; friendly; and knowledgeable. We made all stops listed and really enjoyed not having to walk our feet off (or fight traffic and pedestrians) to get to places. I thought the price was really reasonable to be escorted around and admitted to attractions for almost 5 hours. Daud was very flexible and even took our picture together a few times. (They were some of the best photos from our trip!) There was a question regarding the t-shirt sizes I requested (no ladies' sizes) so Daud actually dropped the shirts at the hotel for us when he came back for the afternoon tour. They were in our room with a very nice; personal note. If you want to see a lot in a short time and be catered to; I highly recommend booking this tour!!!

The tour took us to all the places listed but the tour guide's presentation could have been better. The regular tour bus needed repairs so we used a rental. The vehicle's interior space was crowded and difficult to exit and enter.
