Guy our tour guide was awesome. Only negative is that we were not told the Horn Blower (Maiden of the Mist) was not running yet. Price was not adjusted accordingly. Went to the Butterfly Conservatory not a equivalent replacement in my opinion.

Much more than expected! We had an excellent tour of the Falls. We took the helicopter ride and it was awesome! Our guide Guy was very knowledgeable and funny. The pace of the tour was unrushed and comfortable. The lunch at the Skylon Tower was very good. We learned a lot and would recommend this tour to everyone! Thanks GUY

あれだけガイドブックなどで見ていたはずなのに、実際に見てみると迫力に圧倒されます。 そう。ガイドブックでは音が伝わってこないのです。 2月に行った時は観光客もまばらで滝もだいぶ凍っていましたが、お勧めは日本のGWの頃かな。 雪解け水ですごい迫力です。近くのタワーで食べたサーモンステーキは大味でした。

When we arrived in Niagara the weather was raining and foggy; we were concerned that we would not be able to see the falls at all. Daud picked us up; my wife and I were the only ones on the tour; and we started with a tour of the river and areas up stream of the falls. The History and stories were very interesting and we were able to ask questions and interact with Daud in ways you never could on a large group tour. Daud was watching the weather and since he was born and raised in Niagara He knew when to have us at the Falls and Skylon tower to have a clear view. We actually drove past the tower twice; and there were group tour busses in the parking lot; but the tower was so socked in with clouds you could not see it so we did not stop at that time. In the end Daud took us to the Falls and Skylon when the clouds had dissipated and we had a great view and some wonderful photos. I would highly recommend this tour company for your group; you will see what is important to you and so much more that you did not know was here in Niagara. This tour was the highlight of our trip.

Daud our guide picked myself; my husband & our 2 teenage daughters up from our hotel promptly on time.. We selected this tour as we wanted a small group tour; it ended up being just the 4 of us; which was amazing... Daud was fantastic; he really made this tour around Niagara a fantastic experience.. We went to the Skylon Tower; behind the Falls (which was amazing); to the power plant; floral clock & the butterfly observatory... the Hornblower wasn't running just as the snow hadn't melted on the Falls; however Daud ensured we had the best experience with all the other sights... We even had snow for the day...This by far is the best tour we have ever taken... See Sights are extremely professional & personable... Highly recommended

This was my husband's first time to Canada (we live in Bermuda - he was born in Fiji) and I wanted it to be super special. With only three days to see the best of Niagara Falls and based on all the positive reviews on Trip Advisor we booked the 5 hour Niagara Helicopter Tour on March 6; 2015 (which included the Adventure Pass). From the moment See Sight Tours picked us up at our Embassy Suites hotel we knew we were going to have a fantastic time in a private tour with Guy (pronounced Gee); who obviously loves his job. He is very down to earth with his presentation and you feel like you're on tour with a friend. We enjoyed Journey Behind The Falls and Niagara's Fury especially because there were no lines. Despite the freezing cold weather; the powerful flow of the waterfalls was still evident and simply beautiful - accented with icebergs; icicles; and snow everywhere. Note: our cell phone and tablets almost immediately lost battery power due to the frigid weather. So we had to take pictures quickly while outside and then restart them in the warm building for their ion batteries to regain strength. As a substitute for the Hornblower Niagara Boat Cruise still not running because of the icebergs; we chose to visit the Butterfly Conservatory. The insects were so friendly; one even landed on my husband's nose... which was super cool and a great photo opportunity! I had checked the 5 day weather forecast and knew that this would be the only sunny day during our 3 day stay while at Niagara and it was the perfect time to go on the helicopter tour. What a fantastic view over the American and Canadian falls and whirlpool gorge! The helicopter company took photos of us waving just before we boarded the aircraft and then a photo as we were buckled in leaving the landing pad. These two shots (that we could not have taken ourselves) were well worth purchasing. Then to top off the tour we had lunch in the rotating Skylon Tower. The 3 course meal was great; I certainly recommend the steak. During the relaxing one hour of eating lunch we had completed one 360 degree rotation... the scenery was simply beautiful! Then we went to the top of the Skylon Tower and walked outside to allow the freezing cold; brisk wind to remind us that we were surely in Canada a stark contrast to our island home in Bermuda! We loved the experience of Niagara Falls in the winter and definitely recommend See Sight Tours! If you stay at the Embassy Suites I also recommend the Jr. Presidential Suite... first class (floor to ceiling) view of both waterfalls and we were so warm and cozy sitting by the fireplace!

I loved the hotel; how we were treated; the views from our windows; and the easy way of going to all the sights. I did not like how disrespectful some travellers from other countries treated the employees that worked at the hotel. I was very ashamed.

Our tour guide Guy was incredible! He was very laid back and knew his way around. The tour did not drag and the whole thing went very smoothly. Totally recommend!

loved it. pleasant and professional service.I would definately to this again when my son is older. Friends coming from the UK in the summer will have to take them for sure.

We didn't actually book a private tour but that's what we got. I suppose this is one of the benefit of visiting in the Winter. We were only two people so we had a private car to ourselves with a driver/guide. It was well worth doing as we saw lots more of the surround area than we would have done on our own and learned a lot of the history and other facts of Niagara.
