<p>Absolutely excellent. Could not have asked for a better experience. Our tour guide Guy was friendly and knowledgeable; has a great sense of humor; and made the tour a lot of fun. He's great with kids; too. One thing that makes this tour really great is the limited size I can't stand those tours that make you feel like part of a giant herd of cattle. This felt more like a friend who lives in the area driving you around and showing you cool things. This is definitely the best way to experience Niagara Falls.</p>

<p>The tour exceeded our expectations. Our driver had a great personality and was very friendly. The tour combined a little of everything and we did not need to do anything else to see Niagara. The only negative was the lack of communication on the pick up.</p>

Very pleased with this tour. We were a little nervous when they were a bit late in picking us up and we couldn't get through to their customer service team on the phone - but we shouldn't have worried. At every stage they seemed pretty organised. We were very rarely waiting in any queues and we definitely got to see the most of the falls (from every angle!) Well worth the money. Definitely recommend this to beat the crowds!

<p>Tour guide was very knowledgeable and saw sights in niagara which we would not have seen if we had not taken tour. Tour included ride on hornblower; tour behind the falls; the flower clock; the whirlpool. Highly recommend</p>

<p>5 Star! This tour hit most everything we wanted to do and all in a day! And more that wasn't listed. We were only in Niagara Falls for Memorial Day weekend and this tour hit the spot! Our tour guide Guy pronunced GEE was knowledgeable; cheerful; patient and just great! He was even great with our 10 year old son. I would recommend this tour for sure!</p>

I got the Helicopter and area attraction tour. They pick you up at your hotel and show you around the area site; we got to see Brink of the falls; Journey under the falls; ride on the Horn blower; lunch at the Skylon tower and the best part was riding the helicopter over the falls. Our guide was explained all the sites with the history. Only thing that was disappointing was when you book they say you get a free t-shirt; which they discontinued doing two years ago.

John was a great tour guide. He took me; my daughter and her friend to all the major sites. He was full of historical facts and answered our questions with enthusiasm. It was a great tour and we had a wonderful time!

<p>The guide was knowledgeable and that was a big plus.<br/>Our tour was on Sunday and was very difficult to contact the company to confirm our pickup.<br/> When we finally did hear back from the company; the guide was very personable.<br/> The pickup was late about 25 minutes and the minivan was more of an SUV. There were 5 of us and my husband and I had to squeeze into the back of the vehicle since the other 3 people were not physically suitable to. We were shuffled from one point of interest to another with the guide leaving us at each and then changing vehicles without more comfort. We were again forced to squeeze into the back of another SUV really not suitable for a tour like this. In fact; its 3 days later and my husband's back has been out since. It was nice to be able to learn about the Falls and be able to visit all of the sites we did. <br/>If the transportation was more suitable; this excursion would have been so much better so before you decide to book this; speak with someone first to be certain the transportation will be to your comfort.</p>

<p>Tour was awesome. John; our guide was very pleasant; entertaining; and informative. He kept us on schedule and helped us have a great day.</p>

My husband I were on a tour with two other couples just last week. Guy; our tour guide was full of facts and funny! It was nice to hear some history as well as seeing the sights. And the sights were wonderful. Journey Behind the Falls; Skylon Tower; a whirlpool overlook; and best of all ;the Hornblower Cruise. Guy had the tickets ready for us at each attraction. And we got along well with the other couples on the tour; whom we did not know previously. Guy helped us feel like a family touring together. A fantastic experience. I recommend this tour HIGHLY!
