The tour was excellent. Our tour guide picked us up at the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal because we came in from Toronto. The tour guide was prompt and very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable of the area; and we did everything as advertised on the tour agenda. We couldn't have asked for a better tour experience! At the end of the tour our guide took us back to the bus terminal. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy everything that Niagara Falls has to offer.

Fantastic; small group tour. Our guide; Guy; picked us and three more people up at our hotel; and drove us around the city's highlights. We would stop at locations; such as the Skylon tower; he'd give us tickets and we'd do the event - then back on the tour. We had the time to do souvenir shopping; weren't crowded into a bus; had the chance to ask questions; and didn't need to learn the city's geography / risk getting lost.If you're looking for a tour with a personal touch book SeeSight!!

Excellent private tour of Niagara Falls with lots of interesting information. You are picked up in front of your hotel by one of the tour guides in a nice van ( we had Guy who is AWESOME) and personally taken to various sites. First he took us to the Skylon tower; gots us right up to the front and allows us about 45 mins to explore the area then pick us up promptly for the next stop.This is how it worked for all the stops for the rest of our afternoon with Guy giving us information about the Falls and answering any questions we had. He was funny charming and knowledgeable! You will not find a better tour and it was worth every penny!!

We had Carwyn as a tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of the sights of Niagara Falls. He was super nice and funny and made the tour really interesting and enjoyable.

Had Carwyn for the night on Niagara tour. - what a fun person! Carwyn is so nice and was a wonderful tour guide. Ultimate Niagara Falls tour the next day with Guy. Very knowledgeable and we had a great time. Thanks SeeSight Tours!

<p>Tour conducted on a very rainy day in small groups which was fine except our guide would drop us off at each site and tell us to rendezvous at a particular time. And then he'd show up late several times with all of us soaked and annoyed. Turns out they double booked the vehicle so we got penalized</p>

<p>We enjoyed getting to see Niagara Falls and all she had to offer. The boat ride was fantastic!</p>

<p>It would have been helpful to have a sign on the van that was picking us up.</p>

<p>Horrible experience and horrible service. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.</p>

<p>Our guide was very nice; but he was trying to juggle two different tour groups causing US to be waiting for HIM for a half hour beyond our departure time and causing US to have to keep a look out for HIM for a 30 minute period since he wasn't sure when he'd return from driving the other group.</p>

<p>Every aspect of the tour was first class. Our tour guide was great...very knowledgeable of the area and its' history. We spent the first hour in a general tour of the area; then came back for The Journey Behind the Falls. We closed with a tour of the Inniskillin Winery.</p>
