We were a family of 4 2 adults and 2 kids 9 and 15 and everybody loved it, Kingsley was our tour guide and he knows a lot about Niagara Falls very friendly guy, we recommend this tour!

Worst tour ever!! First of all we were told to expect a van for the five of us. The pickup place was up a steep hill that couldn’t be accessible by one of our guests. When they finally came down for us there were two cars!! One small suv and one dilapidated Honda civic. Both autos were filthy. The civic was falling apart inside, had A car seat in the back with crumbs all over the place. It was also John’s first tour and wasn’t very knowledgeable. Russ the main guide, all he did was show us his photos on his iPad every time we stopped. Russ was knowledgeable when we did get to hear him at stops. our next see sight tour was just as bad. Will not use again. Never had this problem before with Viator. Truly disappointed

We had a great time. Our driver was very knowledgeable and a very careful driver. We were very fortunate to have fine weather and we enjoyed the day very much.

Madison was awesome! She was a local which made it all the better! She was so personal and so full of knowledge. The tour was a great intro to Prince Edward Island.

Start at the top - lunch at Hob-Nob was extraordinary! Two of the four wineries visited were good, the other two disappointing, and finally through all this was tolerating Chuck, the driver / tour guide. Too many stories about his kids, ex-wife, a pick up truck he wanted to buy, his anti-US views, and how he really didn’t need this job. It went against my better judgement to give him a tip at all, but when I handed him a twenty ( I would have given a great guide fifty), he snarled at my wife and I.

It was amazing! Heidi was exceptional and gave us helpful hints along the way. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond! We will definitely do this tour again in the future!

The tour was very nice and informative. Our guide was perfect, just the right amount of information and discussion. We really enjoyed our guide.

This tour was absolutely amazing. The group was small, (6 people) which was very organized. The best part of our tour was our guide. Our guide, Heidi was fantastic!! She really knows her stuff, we were all laughing and we really had a great time! Will definitely be going a the tour again when we come back!!

If I could write zero I would. I was told this company gave a wheelchair accessible tour. Then told wheelchair had to fold up and some walking was required! Then the day of the event the driver contacts me within 10 minutes of arrival that he will be at least 45 minutes late! We had a tight schedule so could not wait that time. Company was not helpful. I heard from others as well of overbooking, no shows and horrible service. Local taxi right at terminal did better service for a cheaper price! Don’t use them anywhere!
