We did Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour and our guide Jason was great! He came to pick us up at the hotel lobby and off we went! The interesting bit about the tour (that I wish I knew prior to booking) was that the tour guide shuttled us between activities (ie. Hornblower cruise; journey behind the falls; etc) and picked us back up at a set time. He did not stay with us throughout each activity as he was between two groups simultaneously. With that said; there was a driving/scenic tour where we got a to hear some history and backgrounds. Overall the trip tour was enjoyable. Skipping lines by going through group entrances was the best part of it!

We went on the U.S./Canada Tour of the Falls and it was awesome!! Guy was a great tour guide...funny & very knowledgeable. Hassle free day beginning with being picked up and dropped off at our B&B. If you are going to Niagara Falls a tour with See Sight Tours is a MUST!

Steven made the experience effortless. He picked us up at our hotel; took us to each activity with plenty of time for pictures and viewing the sites; and gave us lots of great information along the way. We did the helicopter tour and the kids loved it. We highly recommend taking a tour with See Sight Tours!!!

We booked a 6 hour tour with SeeSight tours and cannot say enough good things about it! Our tour was informative; made the most of our time; and adapted to any interests our group expressed interest in. Their fleet of vans were extremely comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Loved this tour company... We would highly recommend this company.

<p>Our driver/guide was very personable and knowledgable of the area. What we did not realize is that the guide is a driver who splits his time between two groups and does not stay with you the entire time. As we were driving from one attraction to the next; he would provide information; drop us off at our next stop and then go collect the other group and take them to their next stop. The advantage of doing this tour is not having to drive in the area.</p>

<p>Very good tour. Pick up went without a hitch and the tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. The sites were worth seeing. The only downside was the fact that the guide had to split his time between two tour groups; thus we did not have his undivided attention.</p><p>The Hornblower experience was excellent.</p>

<p>This was a disappointing tour because of the way it was set up. The Falls were beautiful. However; we were in a tour where the guide was trying to do two tours at once. We had to wait quite a while for him twice. Also; we were asked if our tickets had been used before by the clerk at the cruise tour. For the money; it was not a good experience. Usually very satisfied; but not this time.</p>

We knew that a tour was the best way to see the sights after reading various reviews; but we are not tour people. I'm usually nervous that I won't have the time I wanted or that it would feel like was just shuffled along. That is not what you get with this group. Best advantages: smallest groups I witnessed (our group was 6); friendly and knowledgable guides who gave suggestions for later in our day; and he had it timed so that we even beat all of the other groups in line! We stayed on the American side and had to cross over the border to meet our group. Don't let that stop you from picking See Sight! We purposefully chose a morning tour so that we could avoid lines at the border; grabbed some great pictures of the falls with no people in them; and then met in the parking lot of the Imax theater. The hotel we stayed at had a different company pick up; but after listening to people describe their experiences I'm even more happy we went with this one!

Vi ingick i en grupp med enbart två personer till. Vi hämtades upp vid vårt hotell på morgonen och släpptes av vid en trevlig lunchrestaurang (på vårt önskemål) efter turens slut. Guiden var trevlig och informativ. Vi åkte runt i en van. Guiden tog oss in bakvägen till de olika ställena och vi slapp stå i kö. Jag är väldigt glad att vi valde denna tur som gjorde att vi fick se fallen från tre olika perspektiv; ovanifrån; bredvid och bakom och dessutom att behöva stå i kilometerlånga köer! Det var tre helt olika upplevelser. Båtturen som var sist hade bekanta sagt innebar att vi skulle bli så pass blöta att vi var tvungna att ha ombyte med oss. Det visade sig dock inte vara sant eftersom vi försågs med en regncape som täckte kläderna. Dessutom var det så varmt och soligt när vi var där att håret och skorna snabbt torkade. Jag kan varmt rekommendera denna tur för alla som skall besöka Niagara fallet!

The staff were so flexible and worked very hard to make sure our party and all the other parties were taken to each activity on time (even though our party woke up late). They picked us up at at our hotel and drove us to each leg of the tour - waited in line for our tickets and then picked us up for the next activity. Not fussing with lines or taxis was HUGE! They shared a lot of fun facts and had a smile the entire afternoon. We did the helicopter package - it is totally worth it!! John & Guy both were so helpful and fun - Niagara would not have been the same without the help of See Sight Tours.
