The tour was fantastic; and our guide was wonderful. He was charming and friendly; and he gave us so much information that we wouldn't have known otherwise. He also took us to places that we wouldn't have visited on our own; and one of those places is the reason why I want to return to Niagara Falls. He was able to get us past the long line to get on the boat; and even told us the best place to stand on the boat - and boy was he right! We were on the tour with two other couples; and it was nice getting to know them and hearing their stories. The small group made things easy to manage. We had plenty of time at each attraction and didn't feel like we needed to rush. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was our first trip to Niagara Falls and wanted to see as much as we could in the time we had there. We were not disappointed at all!! The tour was amazing and the tour guide; Dustin; was absolutely awesome. He was so informative and knowledgeable of the area and history and showed us areas that we would not have seen if we had been on our own. We will highly recommend this tour to everyone. We especially loved the boat ride to the base of the falls and didn't mind getting wet!

UNBELIEVABLY GREAT VALUE

From the minute we were picked up by our guide Dustin; til 8 and half hours later; this tour was worth every penny. We were taken down to the Hornblower Cruise (fast pass line); straight onto the boat; and Niagara Falls; up close and personal...indescribable. Dustin then picked us up in a 7 seater SUV and proceeded to show us all the sights of Niagara; from Table Top to the Whirlpool; from the top of the Skylon; to the Illumination tour where we got to pick out the colors that reflected on the falls. Dustin was informative; congenial with a great personality that encouraged the quiet people in our group to come out of their shell.... Highly recommended and worth every penny to have had this personal tour

Great Tour..Everything taken care of.

We did the best of Niagara Tour and it was awesome. We didnt have to worry about a thing; you are picked up from your hotel lobby and Taylor escorted us around to the Skylon; Hornblower; and the Journey Behind the Falls; plus a few extra stops. She knew her stuff. Small tour size which is another awesome feature. They pick you up in a minivan; and you stay in that van during the rest of the trip so you can leave things in it; like a pair of flip flops for the Hornblower(you will get wet from the knees down). Perfect for all ages and all health types; she drops you off at the door. Would recommend to anybody.

Surprisingly Awesome

I'm about to tell you all about our wonderful experience with Guy (tour guide) so you know exactly what to expect! My BF & I (Americans in mid-twenties) wanted to do a tour of Niagara that skipped the lines of tourists; saw all the good stuff; and was fun. Neither of us had been to Niagara before and typically hate the idea of tourists. (Just for an idea; our office is in Times Square; so we try to stay clear of kitschy stuff.) Our tour was 9 am the Friday before Memorial Day weekend Pick Up: We first decided to park for free at a park that looked nearby online; but were instructed to park outside the IMAX theater instead. Normally $5 parking; but because of the early time we parked for free. The parking lot was deserted and kind of creeping looking. We went up to the buses to see if they were See Sight; but then a mini van drove us and Guy said hello. I know; groan; mini van -- but it ended up being way better than a tour bus. There were six of us in the van total. Tour Guide: Guy was a really fun; laid back guy who's been doing tours for a few years now. He didn't take himself too seriously and allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted and feel comfortable. He joked around about Marine Land and made the history of the town and the falls fun. He didn't go on the boat; Skylon tower; or in the tunnel with us; but would give us information about each of them and give us a time to meet back. This gave BF & I the flexibility to spend time on the things we were more interested in within each of the sights instead of just following around a dude with a headset and a colorful flag. The Sights: We did the Skylon tower first (overlooks the falls and the area); then drove through the park and went to Table Rock (the tunnel); drove to the boat that goes under the falls; saw the whirlpools; generators; floral clock; and the old downtown. We ended the tour around 1; when Guy dropped us off at our respective locations (hotels for the other guys; the sad IMAX pyramid for us). BF & I thought it was a great way to see everything and it was great that the tour built up to the boat ride (our favorite part; Elvis Presley included). We didn't feel like we missed anything and got just enough information without making us get bored or making our heads explode. Plus; Niagara Falls was gorgeous (obviously). Conclusion: Although I'm not one for the cheesy haunted houses and overload of souvenir shops in Niagara; this personal and fun tour made the falls interesting and let us see everything we could have wanted to. Guy was awesome. No waiting around; no boring tour guides; no rushing. It was perfect. The city got much busier (and the parking lot got less creepy) as the day went on and we were told that the weekend would be slammed. Guess we got the perfect day & time to go! Pricing & Tipping: The tour was a great price and included admission to all the sights. Although Guy didn't mention anything about tipping; we gave him a tip anyways. We felt like he deserved it. Highly suggest to anyone and everyone!

A BLAST

We did the sight and sound 4 hour night tour. Our guide Dustin was very knowledgeable; professional and upbeat. We got a tour around Niagara Falls; 3 course dinner; the horn blowers boat down by the falls; a fireworks show; the lights of the falls. We even got to change the colors of the falls.

See-Sight Tour

This was an excellent tour on the Canadian side! One other couple was on the tour with my husband and I. We were told where to park ($5) and met our guide; Chris there. He was full of energy and information! The tour included the Journey Behind the Falls- Skylon Tower- Hornblower Boat Cruise into the Falls. We had no lines- Chris provided our tickets. It is hard to pick a favorite event - each one was a unique way to see and experience the majesty of the Falls! We were also taken to other related places of the falls. total cost American- $100 ea. Great day! Great value!

Flexible and attentive to make you see all Niagara Falls in one day

We went to Niagara Falls on Memorial day weekend and it was packed (kick start of the season). We had booked the combo US/Canada tour in advance in order to avoid the LONG lines and get to see as much as possible in one day. It was the best call we had made. The tour was not cheap ($200/person) but included tickets to all the attractions (cave of the winds; Skylon tower; Journey behind the falls and the boat ride the hornblower amongst other things) In our case the tour started a little funny because there was a misunderstanding with the guide -picked up another couple by mistake- but the owner himself; Daud; made sure we could do ALL the activities and drove us himself to the US side for us to catch the tour with our guide on time. Very flexible with unexpected events they made it right although it started bad. Guy is a great tour guide with lots of expertise and knowledge; very quick to connect with people and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. Overall I'd strongly recommend this tour company because when things go wrong is when you really see results based on their reaction and professionalism.
