<p>the customer service we received was above and beyond. They willing arranged to meet us at a spot that was easily found; we were staying at a campground 20 miles away. Front door drop off service. Chris was very knowledgeable and on time at all points of contact.</p>

<p>Steven; was an awesome tour guide. He was able to share lots of interesting facts about Toronto. I would recommend this trip for first time visitors to Toronto.</p>

<p>Apart from being picked up half an hour late; this tour was great. Our tour guide was very informative and showed us much more than expected. Covered a lot considering the queues. It was a fun group of only four; so would definitely recommend it.</p>

<p>Best day out !!!!!.</p> <p>Stunning full day full of brilliant; high quality things....</p> <p>Starts with pickup at the hotel.... very friendly and knowledgable guide.</p> <p>Tour of Niagra history; background; etc.<br/> Tour of the caves below - getting within feet of the waterfall.;; very good<br/> Quick visit to the skylon tower for stunning high view of the whole of Niagra.<br/> Followed by Niagra river / horseshoe tour really close on the boat... on the hornblower - this was stunning and worth it alone.<br/> Quick ride out to the tesla hydro plant and whirlpool - very good and enjoyable ride.<br/> Lunch overlooking the falls.... kids and all were in awe of the table and view.<br/>Night river cruise on the Friday included... brilliant in the dark and fireworks....real wow moment.<br/> Then to finish a very exclusive trip to the illumination tower to change the lights and colours on the falls themselves..... OMG....stunning.</p> <p>Just awesome this has been.... our guide throughout was brilliant and made it slick; funny and enjoyable.......</p> <p>hugely recommended.</p>

<p>This was the best way for us to see and learn about Niagara Falls in Canada. Our guide was very knowledgeable about all the places he took us and made it very exciting and we had a few laughs along the way. We give him a triple AAA rating.</p>

Seul souci un guide français était prévu; malheureusement nous avons eu un guide TAYLOR americaine très sympathique mais qui ne disait pas un mot de francais; mais a fait l'effort d'une traduction sur son téléphone; <br/> Survol en hélico super; en plus nous avons eu la chance d'avoir l'hélico pour nous 4 seulement<br/> Rien à dire sur notre circuit</p>

<p>Enjoyed the places on the tour and going to the head of long lines as a group. A little disappointed that our guide was doing two groups at one time so he would just drop us off at locations and pick us up later. It worked out ok and he was personable and knowledgable of the local history/info.</p>

<p>Having been to Niagara Falls before; I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything this trip. My BFF's and I were privately driven around by our guide Taylor who was amazing and did not disappoint us. We loved hearing all the stories and felt a special bond with her. Thank you Taylor!</p>
