Jake our guide it’s funny and entertaining. It was a great part of the trip.

Manav was awesome throughout the trip. He took my sisters and I to Peggy’s Cove in Halifax, giving us details and information about the rich history of Halifax. He took us to Citadel hill, telling us about the changing of the guards. He took us back to our hotel and was a delight throughout the trip.

If there was an option for ten stars Heidi would get them. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Her fabulous sense of humor and warmth made for a special day, even with the rain!

About 25 people from a Norwegian cruise booked the excursion. But beware! Six people were crammed into normal cars—Toyota Highlanders—not a minivan, as mentioned in the description. It was very, very cramped in the back row! Not recommended. The driver spoke poor English, or rather Indian, I think. He didn't tell us anything about Halifax or Peggy's Cove. The description said: “On the way, your tour guide will provide you with fun facts and tips about the area.” After a 90-minute drive, we were only allowed to spend 45 minutes at Peggy's Cove. The booking stated that we would have 2 hours there. Then it was back to Halifax again. We were very, very dissatisfied!!!

SeeSight is a great way to see the Niagara area. Besides the obvious falls area, our tour guide Samara took us to the Skylon Tower and to other sites she knew we would appreciate seeing and learning about. We saw the whirlpool and the attractions near it. On our own we toured the Butterfly Conservatory which we would not have known about except for Samara telling us about it.

A fantastic tour! I am so glad we got Marc as our guide. Super personable and knowledgeable about the falls. I loved that we got picked up and dropped off from our hotel. I highly recommend this tour!

Great and well explained

We enjoyed all of the attractions and experienced many views of the falls from up high in the Skylon Tower, from behind the falls, and just feet from the falls in a boat. We also enjoyed views of the whirlpool and floral clock. Our tour guide helped us to appreciate the history, science and beauty of the area that we would have missed had we tried to see everything on our own. This tour was well worth the price.

Once we found our tour, everything was great! We were told to meet at Pier 21 which is where we waited. My phone does not work in Canada. We waited and waited and finally I heard someone say my name. The tour was waiting for us at Pier 22. It was fortunate that they called my name as we were very close to missing our tour. When I got back to the States, I had 2 voice messages and a text asking where we were. All the time we were standing where we were told our pick up point would be.
