Wow; what a tour! Carwyn our tour guide what a star. If you like the type of my party this way tours this won't be for you but if you love the personal service; small group ( us and one other couple in the afternoon) then this is for you. We had so much fun with the evening group ( one couple and a lady on her own) that my face hurt from so much laughing. All the attractions included are great and you are delivered to the door but changing the colour on the falls and the fireworks were my personal highlights. There is no rushing from place to place; interesting facts along the way all with a wonderfully informal feel to it. All in all worth every penny.

<p>AWESOME EXPERIENCE - this close up encounter was much better than expected....this company went above and beyond to make this tour happen for us...we had booked the trip with departure from Toronto with pick up at 7am from our hotel and the only reason we had a 2 day stop in Toronto on our way back to Denmark was that we wanted to see Niagara Falls...but our flight from Peru South America was cancelled and we arrived 20 hours later than planned to Toronto and couldn't make it on time...the company made arrangement so we could reschedule to the tour with departure from Niagara Falls instead at 3am - if we could find the way by car or busses our selves....some phone calls VERY helpful and VERY patient man I spoke to and a lot of stressful hours later ....we found our guide ....BIG SMILE.<br/> Very friendly guide with great knowledge about facts regarding Niagara Falls - joined a small group of 4 people - perfect !!! - The power of the waterfalls is mind-blowing and you get really close to the falls on the Horn Blower boatLoved the view from the Skylon Tower and kind of thrilling to be behind the falls.interesting car drive around the area to see the Whirl Pool and the dam etc. <br/> We even got the money back we had prepaid for the transport. <br/>Thanks a lot for the SUPER SERVICE - we really appreciated all your efforts to make our wish come true.</p>

Great tour; great guide. Recommended

<p>Tour guide was juggling two groups at the same time. Thus; he would driv us from one location to another and drop us off. The only time the guide talked to us was while he was driving us from place to place. Would have liked more time for Q and A.</p>

Such a personal tour of Niagara Falls with a tour guide who know his stuff... Dustin (not Austin!) met us in our hotel lobby and took us out in a minivan to view the local area that you wouldn't see with other tours. He had some excellent knowledge of the local area and encouraged us to ask questions. He then drove us to behind the falls tour where we beat the queues! He gave us plenty of time to look about and then collected us for our trip up to Skylon Tower... again dropped right to the door with plenty of time to look about. He then took us to see more of the local area before dropping us at the Hornblower boat trip. All through the tour he made sure we were all comfortable and understood what he was taking about. Although the trip was a bit more expensive than some it was worth every penny to have such a personal tour. Dustin was knowledgable; considerate and made our trip to the falls so much better. We would never have visited some of the places he took us to as we would never had known they were there!! Would definitely encourage people to take this tour.

Thanks to the lovely Dustin! We started with a local area tour followed by the behind the falls tour ( fast tracked) Next stop skylon tower again we skipped the queues! before taking us to niagara on the lake. We would never had known as much about the area had we not gone there! Next stop fast track to the Hornblower boat trip on niagara. One of the best trips i have booked. Worth every penny!

Toronto Ultimate Steve picked us up from Niagra to visit Toronto where we joined Jon our tour guide. Steve best driver ever never travelled on so many roads to avoid the traffic what a driver Jon took us around Toronto where is knowledge of the city was great. Enjoyed the CN tower and it's views; Casa Loma and the boat trip great trips. Niagra day and night combo. All the way from Wales in the UK and we get a Welsh tour guide. Carwyn made our day looked after us all. The meal at elements on the fall followed by the Hornblower to the falls to view the fireworks was great. We also got to change the lights at the falls in our own design which was amussing. The tours have a group of 6 to 7 people which we found more relaxed and personel; no guy with a flag to follow. <p>I had a great time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The young man from Ottawa did a great job sharing Niagara's history and little known trivia. We had ample time at each stop to shop and enjoy the experience. I travel frequently and by far this was my favorite tour excursion.</p>

The experience was amazing... The tour guide was so nice and attentive. They arrived on time to pick us at the hotel; we weren't at the lobby when she arrived but she called to our room asking for us. Every stop was amaizing; and she was so knowledgeable about the area and so friendly!!! Highly recommended...!!

<p>The lights on the Falls and the Fireworks made the Falls come alive. We recommend this tour to everyone.</p>
