A fantastic tour of Niagara from Toronto! A perect way to see Niagara Falls in comfort. Pick-up was prompt; the tour group was just six people in a very comfortable mini-van; and our guide explained the history; geography; and business of the Falls; Niagara and the surrounding area. We did many of the major attractions - the Hornblower Cruise; the Skylon Tower; the Journey Behind the Falls - and jumped all the queues and didn't have to wait in line. Lots of useful information imparted; and much nicer to be in a small group than a big coach tour of 50+ people. The guide even recommended a good local restaurant for a tasty lunch.

<p>Loved this tour.. first they were great when we had to reschedule the day..we will just bring in another driver.. also done in regular car vans.. so everyone could see and hear. Also there was on 4 tourists and the driver/guide and in the other van they had 5 and the driver. <br/>Our guide was great.. very knowledgeable; proud of his city; there was no rushing.. no feeling like cattle.. we did all the highlights of the city. Recommend it greatly!!!</p>

<p>Our guide was excellent; very knowledgeable and friendly. However; the only complaint is that the confirmation said we were to call to confirm 24 hours before and the message just said there was no one to take the call. We tried a few times with the same result. When we called Viator directly we were told that agency was a sub-contractor and they couldn't reach them either. It turned out alright as our wonderful guide showed up on time; but were had a lot of stress day before wondering if the tour was really going to happen!! Should be better communication.</p>

<p>Guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. Very small group made for easy listening. Dinner setting was great; but the food was just average.</p>

<p>We were extremely Happy with John; our Tour guide. He was very knowledgeable; considerate; and accommodating with our questions; pick-up times; and special requests. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to gain knowledge on the history of Toronto.</p>

We didn't know too much about Toronto as we had come really to see Niagara Falls; but we were so glad we decided to book this tour. There were only 4 of us in our party on the day; but the air conditioned car could have seated 8 people (which apparently is the maximum number for the tour). Our tour guide Jon was very informative about Toronto and its history between the stop offs. We went up the C N Tower; where the views were amazing. We also visited Casa Loma; St Lawrence market and went on a boat trip around the harbour. Another good thing about the tour was that our tickets had already been bought for us; so we were able to go straight into the places of interest and avoid the queues. The tour was from about 9am to 3pm; but the time just flew.

A great way to see the highlights of Niagara Falls. Dustin was a great tour guide and had all kinds of information that we wouldn't have gotten touring on our own. It was nice to be picked up at our hotel and not having to wait in ticket lines. We had a small time problem when we booked our tour but they accommodated us with a new tour schedule very easily. Dustin also had great tips about each of the sights and places to eat. We were part of a intimate group of six which was nice. I believe all the groups are kept on the smaller side. This was definitely a great way to see Niagara Falls.

<p>Tour guide was fantastic. Smooth transition between each phase and got see parts of Niagara that you wouldn't without. I fully exepcted the Falls to be over-hyped but you simply have to experience Beneath the Falls and the sheer drowning dished out by what can only be described as a giant washing machine. Brilliant</p>

<p>Guy was a wonderful tour guide. Showed up on time; was charming and affable; told us great stories. The tour was fantastic! I loved the under the falls the best. The boat ride was great so nice not to have to wait on all of those lines! My first helicopter ride was awesome. They had a narration; which we couldn't hear because we had no headphones. And finally; a great lunch at the Skylon tower. Good food; great service and a not to be missed view. Wow; what a great day!</p>
