The Best of Niagara Falls Tour was worth every penny. Our guide picked us up right on time in a van that seats 6; so we essentially had a private guided tour. Tickets for all attractions were handed to us; there was no waiting; and no parking worries. The best part was our FANTASTIC guide; Guy; who was so knowledgeable; pleasant and kind. My husband has difficulty walking; and Guy immediately picked up on his difficulty. He was very aware in case Jim needed assistance; and offered to pick us up closer than usual. We felt very lucky to have Guy as our guide--he was the best. It was a great day! Only one thing the Tour administration should address. We were told to confirm our tour and time the day before. I called all day; could not get an answer; left several messages; but no reply; so the day before was uncertain. I read another reviewer had the same concern. This really should NOT happen.

<p>Great tour with skip the line for Hornblower cruise. Much more convenient than trying to park your own car at different tour locations. Guide very good and informative. V. Good value</p>

<p>This was a great tour. Karwin; our guide; was fantastic - very personable and knowledgeable. Also a lot of fun. Got to see a lot of interesting places and learn some things we didn't know. The ride on the Hornblower was a blast!</p>

A fantastic tour of Niagara from Toronto! A perect way to see Niagara Falls in comfort. Pick-up was prompt; the tour group was just six people in a very comfortable mini-van; and our guide explained the history; geography; and business of the Falls; Niagara and the surrounding area. We did many of the major attractions - the Hornblower Cruise; the Skylon Tower; the Journey Behind the Falls - and jumped all the queues and didn't have to wait in line. Lots of useful information imparted; and much nicer to be in a small group than a big coach tour of 50+ people. The guide even recommended a good local restaurant for a tasty lunch.

<p>Loved this tour.. first they were great when we had to reschedule the day..we will just bring in another driver.. also done in regular car vans.. so everyone could see and hear. Also there was on 4 tourists and the driver/guide and in the other van they had 5 and the driver. <br/>Our guide was great.. very knowledgeable; proud of his city; there was no rushing.. no feeling like cattle.. we did all the highlights of the city. Recommend it greatly!!!</p>

<p>Our guide was excellent; very knowledgeable and friendly. However; the only complaint is that the confirmation said we were to call to confirm 24 hours before and the message just said there was no one to take the call. We tried a few times with the same result. When we called Viator directly we were told that agency was a sub-contractor and they couldn't reach them either. It turned out alright as our wonderful guide showed up on time; but were had a lot of stress day before wondering if the tour was really going to happen!! Should be better communication.</p>
