<p>Great tour. Our's was a small group 6 person tour on a cool; windy day with plenty of mist flying. Friendly; knowledgeable guide in a relaxed environment.</p>

<p>This was certainly the best way to see the Niagara Falls. <br/> Our 1st stop was to head to the centre and take a lift down to see behind the falls; walking through tunnels to see behind the falls; the noise from the water and then to go to an observation deck and see the horseshoe falls thunder down; you do get a little wet. Then to proceed to the boat and take this right up to the falls; you get soaked! Be prepared; fantastic. The to the helicopter ride; amazing; you see clearly the American and fly over the Canadian falls; great fun. Then finally lunch in the Skylon Tower at Niagara Falls which revolves slowly getting great views of the town. Highly recommended; you couldn't have asked for more. Our guide was very good picking us up from our collection point; taking us to each location.</p>

......This close up encounter was much better than expected....this company above & beyond to make this tour happen for us...we had booked the trip with departure from Toronto with pick up at 7am from our hotel and the only reason we had a 2 day stop in Toronto (on our way back to Denmark) was that we wanted to see Niagara Falls...but our flight from Peru South America was cancelled and we arrived 20 hours later than planned to Toronto and couldn't make it on time...the company made arrangement so we could reschedule to the tour with departure from Niagara Falls instead at 3am - if we could find the way by car or busses our selves....some phone calls (VERY helpful & VERY patient man I spoke to) and a lot of stressful hours later ....we found our guide ....BIG SMILE. Very friendly guide with great knowledge about facts regarding Niagara Falls - joined a small group of 4 people - perfect !!! - The power of the waterfalls is mind-blowing and you get really close to the falls on the Horn Blower boat…Loved the view from the Skylon Tower & kind of thrilling to be behind the falls….interesting car drive around the area to see the Whirl Pool & the dam etc. We even got the money back we had prepaid for the transport. Thanks a lot for the SUPER SERVICE - we really appreciated all your efforts to make our wish come true.

<p>Carwin was amazing. Saw the falls from all sides; up river and down. Very informative and it was obvious he loves his job. The Hornblower boat ride was amazing as was the Journey behind the falls.</p>

<p>Three days before the tour we received an email telling us that our hotel was not on the route for pickup - we would have to go directly to CN Tower. Emailed back and said we could manage that. Then we received another email stating that there was some confusion and we would be picked up. Weather issues were not the fault of the tour guide; but did take from the tour. CN Tower had no visibility at the top. Guide did not have tickets - another tour guide arrived and gave us our entrance tickets. Casa Loma had a wedding taking place and some of the venue was closed. Harbour cruise did not take place because of weather - we are to be refunded for that portion. We could have spent longer at Lawrence Market with so much of the tour not available. Guy was good and we had a interesting group in the van. It is difficult to plan in Toronto with such weather extremes. We had a beautiful day on the day before this tour. I guess you should take your chances and book according to the weather!!!</p>

<p>This was excellent value for money. Our guide ;Guy; was fun and informative. There were 6 of us on the tour sharing a comfortable minibus. We were able to cover all the key activities in Niagara without queuing and with door to door service.</p>
