<p>This tour was fantastic; our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. It was cloudy early in the day so the helicopter trip was rearranged for when the weather had cleared up. The Journey Behind the Falls was a great experience but the boat trip up to the wall of water was amazing. The Skylon Tower offered breathtaking views and the meal was alright but nothing special.<br/> I would definitely recommend this tour.</p>

This was a great tour! We had a total of 3 couples and our guide Chris was terrific. Highly recommend this trop. Chris was very informative and we had first class treatment. Visited the Canadian side and had a wonderful time on the Hornblower; Journey Behind the Fall; Skylon Tower (no heights for me) with the option for a helicopter tour as well. Really enjoyed the day and Chris made the trip fun.

Fantastic way of seeing Toronto with your own personal guide. There was another couple on this tour- just 4 of us - so not crowded at all. Toronto is a big city and having only a day and a half to visit various landmarks like CN tower and Casa Loma without the hassle of having a car can be daunting. Sure; we could have visited these places ourselves; but it is much nicer and easier to take the Ultimate Toronto Tour instead. We visited the CN tower; Casa Loma; St. Lawrence Market; took a boat ride around Toronto Island; as well as stopping to get a yummy Beavertail (reviews to follow). No having to wait in line for tickets as they have already been purchased by our wonderful guide; Jon. When we were picked up at our B&B; we had a little time to stop by a coffee house (Second Cup) and get my sorely missed brewed flavored coffee. We also took an impromptu quick stop at the Hockey Hall of Fame to peek inside the windows and get a few pictures. These touching moments from Jon that made this tour even more special. Loved this tour.

<p>Niagara Falls has been at the top of my Bucket List for several years. After I choose the attractions I wanted to visit Skylon Tower; the Journey Behind the Falls excursion and the Hornblower cruise; I discovered that the Best of Niagara Falls tour included them all as well as a general historical introduction to the entire area for a very reasonable price. Our group was small and traveled in a van which was a real plus but best of all was the knowledge and friendliness of our guide Guy. I was traveling solo and Guy even offered to step into a photo with me so I would feel more comfortable. What a guy!</p>

<p>Seeing and travelling into Niaga Falls surpassed my expectations. This was spoilt a little by the cramped tour 'bus' mini van. The back seats were three sweaters and the unfortunate person in the middle was cramped and unable to see out of the windows. Really just a waste. May as well have walked to the jetty.<br/> As an aside; the Viator booking receipt didn't even name the company running the tour. Poor effort.</p>

<p>I can't say much about the customer service at the Skylon Tower; but My family and I really enjoyed the tour and the helicopter ride. We had an awesome tour guide.</p>

Gee was our tour guide and he was very good. Picked us up at the hotel in a small van. There was only 4 of us and I believe the van can hold 6 to 8 people. He gave us a tour of the city and some history. Drove us out toward Niagara on the Lake; past the power plant and more local history. Got the ticket sir Journey behind the Falls and the Hornblower cruise and picked us up after each tour was completed. Dropped us back at our hotel. Very enjoyable; relaxed tour.
