Excellent value for money; our guide) I can't remember his name; but he's the young lad from Wales; gave us a fantastic day out. Thank you to him.

This was our favorite tour ever and we've been blessed with the opportunity to take countless tours in so many places. Our guide; Jon; was personable; intelligent; and well versed in all that is Toronto...past and present. He was a pleasure to spend time with. We loved our visit to the fabulous Casa Loma and the drives through so many varied Toronto neighborhoods. My favorite was the Distillery District. We were the only two riders; so Jon was flexible with the itinerary. The Market was closed; so we were able to visit St. Michael's Cathedral Basilica and a beautiful (old; of course) Anglican Cathedral. PS.....Our tour started on time at our hotel and ran a little longer than 5 hours. Jon kindly suggested a place for a light lunch and dropped us off there.

<p>This was simply one of the best experiences we have ever had. My wife and I were entertained by John and had a blast! The attractions we saw were awesome CN Tower; The Harbourfront area; St. Lawrence Market; The Distillery District; Casa Loma; the boat tour of The Harbour area and the nearby islands; etc.. But the best part of the tour was learning so much about the culture and history of Canada from John. He was so interesting and personable. We not only had a great time; we made a new friend in Toronto!</p>

We had a very good time. Our tour guide; Steven; was pleasant and knowledgeable. With such a small group; we could get to know the other tourists as well. Enjoyed ourselves.

Myself and my wife cannot speak highly enough of Jon and he is an absolute credit to this company From the first meeting in the lobby he was very professional and very down to earth and friendly. His knowledge of Toronto was incredible and we left him feeling like we had lived here all our days. He must have done this tour 100 times but his excitement to share the history of the city really shines through; and you can tell he loves the city; and is very proud to pass on his knowledge. As the tour was reaching it's conclusion; and as it was lunchtime; rather than dropping us at our hotel he recommended a place for us to go and eat and happily dropped us there and gave us directions on how to get back to our hotel.

Our tour guide; Carwyn; was amazing! He was prompt; very knowledgeable of the area and the history; and the Best of Niagara Falls Tour was a great value! There was so much on this tour; and even better was the tour was capped at 7 people. There were only 6 on our tour; and we all had a blast as Carwyn drove us around Niagara; taking us through all the VIP entrances to miss the long lines; and was there to pick us up on time at each stop. This was the best day of our honeymoon vacation! Thank you; Carwyn!

Tour guide was great but did not expect to be picked up in a Mini Van not only was it hard to get in and out but no leg room

Karwin was an excellent guide. Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable and flexible.

<p>This tour packs a lot into one day! It was also extremely good that it was only a small group of people in a shuttle; not a big bus. The tour was everything we hoped it would be we got to see the Falls from several perspectives; including from the Skylon Tower amazing view; an overlook; from under the falls and at the base of the falls; and from the water real close. The guide was extremely nice; pleasant; knowledgeable; and friendly. Our only complaint is that apparently the guide was conducting two tours concurrently - he would drop us off for a period of time; disappear; then return we even saw him with the other group a couple of times.</p>

Tour should have been cancelled. The fog was so thick nothing was visible. A waste of money.

I had thought that we would be able to go on the boat but we wasn't due to the season and time we went . The tour guide was nice well informed . The only thing is I feel it ended short . We got picked up at 9am and the tour was over at 1230pm. But Iin the details it had said 4 hours and 30 mins
