Our Tour Guide Kevin was the best. He showed us all around the Falls and had even showed us all the beautiful parks. He was very knowledgeable on every site that we visited. We were given ample time to view and visit each site. There were 4 other people on the tour besides me and my husband and they were extremely pleasant. When the tour was over and Kevin the tour guide dropped us off at our hotel; my husband and I felt as if we had just spent the day with good friends. I recommend See Sight Tours of Niagara Falls for all your touring needs.

I was very frustrated with the service I received from this tour company (booked via Viator) for the Ultimate Toronto Tour. I tried to confirm the pick up time on both Sunday and Monday by phone; and was told on Sunday I would receive an email on Monday. When no email materialised on Monday; I called again; but it went straight to voicemail. I only received an email at 7:15 the morning of the tour; telling me to be ready in 45 minutes at 8AM for a 9AM tour. Because I only saw the email after I woke up at 7:30; I rushed to get ready; skipping my shower and cutting breakfast short. But then I waited for almost an hour and a half in the lobby! The hotel I was staying at called twice on my behalf; and each time was told the driver would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes; so I continued to wait in the lobby instead of returning to my room to finish getting ready properly. What a waste of a morning! For such an expensive tour; I would expect better service. That being said; the guide was excellent; knowledgeable and friendly. It wasn't his fault that his admin team was such a disaster! I also found the pace of the day quite lovely though it was much longer than the 5 hours advertised; which wasn't a problem for me; but meant one person from our group had to miss the last activity.

It is truly a personalized tour. Worth every dime.

Our tour was wonderful! Right on time and filled with interesting information. Our guide; Carwyn; made our trip enlightening and fun. I would highly recommend the 4 1/2 hour tour.

For the American portion of the tour; hotel pickup was not available. The day before the trip; we were informed by email that we would have to meet the American tour guide on the American side of the border for that portion of the tour. Had we known this; we would not have booked this tour. The full day's tour should be seamless; with hotel pickup in the morning and drop-off in the evening. That being said; we did have a very enjoyable time; and it was convenient that all of our tickets for the attractions were taken care of in advance. It was also very convenient that we were shuttled around to the different attractions; so that we didn't have to figure out how to get to the different places or deal with driving and figuring out parking at each activity.

Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. The order of the tours were planned perfectly; and we never waited in any long lines. We all had a great time!

We really enjoyed our 5-hour tour. Booked this tour through TripAdviser app. Our tour guide; Guy; was great. We had a nice group of 6 people; and great positive atmosphere. Great way to see the falls for the first time! No worries or standing in line for tickets! No looking for parking. Thanks Guy for making it a great experience!

Our drive Steven; picked us up; from our hotel; and drove us; and two other couples; around the area a bit; and gave us some insight; and history; about the falls; and area; and things; normal people visiting; don't know. Then he dropped us off; for dinner; and was waiting; for all; of us; where he dropped us off. He proceeded to take us to the boat tour; giving us more knowledge; about Niagara Falls; on the way. A nice tour to the Falls; on the Hornblower; with fire works. When we finished; on the boat; Steven picked us up; and took us to change the colors; of Niagara Falls; We met a gentleman; who showed us; and let each one; of us; change the colors; of Niagara Falls. We even got a certificate; saying; that we changed the colors; of Niagara Falls. Unfortunately; my wife; forgot her certificate; over the visor; of Steven's car. We did not realize it; until we got back;to the hotel. I; have been in touch; with Shelby; who is my contact person; at the tour company; and she is absolutely; fabulous. She made sure; that she located; my wife's certificate; and is putting it in the mail. Thank you Shelby. I; can't say enough; about what a great company see sight tours; is and how great the people working there are.

Very knowledgable guides. Very small groups; each person feels like they are getting VIP treatment. Great selection of activities on both sides of the Falls.
