<p>The Toronto tour so amazing! the tour guide Tyson was great; friendly and very knowledgeable; he showed us so much of the city and the history of Toronto.</p>

<p>This tour was absolutely wonderful! Dustin was just fabulous and full of energy. He also had great knowledge of the falls and surrounding area and was happy to tell us everything. Our kids really enjoyed his tour. We saw so many things and it was just fabulous! Seeing the falls from so many wonderful perspectives was a highlight of the trip. The Skylon Tower; Journey Behind the Falls; Hornblower Cruise; Illumination Cruise and the visit to the Illumination Tower were very special and definitely something we won't forget. It was just perfect.</p> <p>The ONLY downside to this tour which makes me unable to recommend this tour at all is the restaurant; Elements. It was just awful. Our server; Casey was unhelpful; and did not seem to want to serve us. The tour also prevented us or maybe it was the restaurant from ordering off of the menu we would have paid extra. I should also mention that the restaurant was not overly busy. There were many empty tables. The tour provides only a prefix menu and the choices are not good. Funny how we were able to order and pay extra for a bottle of wine; specialty coffees; etc but NOT a different dinner choice. We started with an unflavorful tomato soup. The soup needed salt badly. Then came a garden salad which was actually pretty good! The chicken we had was dry; and had no flavor. Casey couldn't even tell us if the chicken was white or dark meat and had to go to the kitchen to ask. How can a server not know what is being served to guests? The vegetables were NOT good. Our kids ordered the mushroom ravioli and the prime rib. They were all disappointed. The prime rib was not rare at all and was served with some type of gravy. The mushroom ravioli was just okay We saw many others dining on what looked like good food; but we will never know. It is a shame that such a wonderful looking place would not allow us to order something different from the menu. It is even a bigger shame that when you spend money to go to another country for a limited amount of time; THIS is one of your dinner choices. I can't tell you how disappointing this was. This restaurant was the ONLY downside to our tour. This had nothing to do with Dustin who was absolutely delightful and wonderful.</p>

<p>Fantastic tour with an awesome young canadian guide named robbie. Very personalized and no large tour buses; we met two other couples that we spent the day with and thoroughly enjoyed their company.</p>

<p>If you want to see the main sights of the Canadian Niagara Falls area; then I would highly recommend this tour. Guy was our tour guide and he was very friendly and informative. The Hornblower boat ride was so much fun. Be prepared to get wet if you desire. Overall; we had a great time!</p>

<p>Had an amazing time on this tour. Started off a little rough when the trip up Skylon Tower ended up with no view at all as there was nothing but fog and clouds. Fortunately Viator Travel provided us with return trip back up later when the clouds cleared. Our tour guide; Matthew; was very knowledgeable about everything we were shown. Loved the Hornblower. Would diffidently recommend this tour.</p>

Tyson is a very knowledgeable tour guide with the professional touch. He made this tour interesting and enjoyable with enough time to spent on all different locations.

<p>This was an amazing experience. Highly recommended; with this tour you will experience the falls from all angles; top; behind and close...you will get WET so be prepare. Take the early am tour and you will do less lines. The tour guide has all tour tickets ready; so no standing in line for that but you will make a little line to get in the attractions<br/> The communication between the tour company and us was excellent. We stayed outside the niagara falls area and we met our guide at the imax theater where we parked our car and got in the van with our tour guide to start our tour. She was on time and very pleasant.</p>

<p>I want to give 1 star for the lack of professionalism of the local tour company - See Sight tours - and 5 stars for the guiide Tyson. With regards to the reason of the 1 star for the tour company - they picked us up 1.5 hours later than they were supposed to - and while i understand there was a marathon the least they could have done is communicate this to us that due to traffic they will be an hour late and not tell us to that the guide will be with us very shortly... secondly the tour was specifically advertised as small groups of maximum 7 - they had 11 in our tour - that is absolute false advertising and the company and Viator should be blacklisted for this; obviously Viator does not do a quality check on companies it uses.<br/> With regards our guide Tyson - he was the saving grace - considering all passengers were very unhappy with the arrangements he yet kept his game face on and made sure he did not get flustered - he delivered splendidly and that turned a nighmare start into a overall pleasant experience</p>

The tour was an amazing experience. Our tour guide; his name was Guy; was very nice; funny and informative. He picked us up at the hotel and showed us all the included spots. We have heard exciting details about the Niagara Falls. Highly recommended!

<p>Niagara sells itself; but this tour really lifts it to another level of ease. Our guide Carwyn was awesome. The helicopter ride is only around 15 to 20 mins but that's more than enough to get some great memories. Lunch in skyline tower very nice and the view spectacular</p>

Took the private Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour with the family (7 in total). It was an amazing experience!! Our guide; Alex; was excellent! She was very friendly; entertaining and knowledgeable. We went to the journey behind the falls; the SkylonTower ; the Hornblower cruise; the whirlpool rapids observation deck; the floral clock; and also Alex did a small driving to the less touristic area of the falls which was very nice. There was more than enough time to enjoy each stop. My two teens ( 17yo boy and 15yo girl) really enjoy the tour. Highly recommended.

Started trip with Carwyn! Great guy; very friendly; very informative. Tour of area; tickets; no waiting for Hornblower boat ride. Falls trip; Sklyon tower viewing. Nice pickup at hotel; small group. Felt we saw all we needed to see on this tour. Would definately recommend.
