Much much better than the huge; crowded tours organized by the hotels. These guys are fun; knowledgable; easy-going and on time.

This was one of the more pricey tours; but well worth it. The guide was very friendly and right on time picking us up at our hotel. We started with dinner at a restaurant right at the brink of the falls. The food was very good! Recommend the filet! The price included the gratuity; but we didn't know that so we left a gratuity anyway. After the meal; we boarded Hornblower's cruise boat for a night tour under the Falls; which was sweet. Great views; and great colors on the Falls. Also got to see the fireworks from the river level. From there; we went to the Illumination Station for a behind the scenes look at how they light up the Falls at night. Also got to make color changes ourselves; and light them up in whatever color patterns we wanted. That was really cool! Also got a great history lesson on the lighting of the Falls. Gene was a great host there! We were given certificates showing we got to changes the lights on the Falls. Got some great pics there too. Then we were driven back to our hotel. Overall; a great 4 hours; and was worth the money to me.

<p>We booked this trip as a family; two adults and two kids ages 5 and 9. We had an absolute blast and got to see the falls from all of the angles. Our guide; Carwyn; was polite; informative; and funny too. Carwyn really made the experience pleasant; he answered all of our questions and even made some recommendations for our dinner plans. The Journey Behind the Falls gave us an up close look at the falls; the boat ride was thrilling and WET; the helicopter ride provided a view of the falls and the area that was unmatched. Only bummer was the service at our Skylon Tower lunch; but that was not in the control of the tour company; the steak was overcooked and the wait staff was not attentive but the chicken was great and the view was incredible. We would recommend this package to our friends and family for sure.</p>

Here for our 40th Anniversary and our very pleasant and well informed guide (Robbie) became a very nice part of our celebration and made our day very; very enjoyable. He was pleasant; very knowledgeable and very personable. He went out of his way in every way possible to make sure we had a pleasant and enjoyable time along with being entertained and informed about the Falls and the entire area. At end of day we met up with two other groups for a very enjoyable ending with a very nice group of people that I recommend to all.

A very enjoyable tour with a very personable guide who is very well informed on the area and is an excellent guide on the tour.

The Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour was fantastic! Guy was an outstanding and fun guide. We experienced so much more than I expected and added several things to our personal things to do list after Guy introduced them to us. The whole family loved the tour. Do this as soon as you get to Niagara Falls!!!

<p>The tour was great! It is an excellent way to acclimate yourself to a new city. It was a grest value! We took it the morning after we arrived and then spent the remaining days revisiting our favorite spots. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the lack of communication regarding pick up from the local company Site See. The tour guide was super! We had a great time! However we called seven times the day before and two times the morning of the tour to request the pick up information time. We left messages but no one ever returned our calls. We ended up sitting in our lobby from 8am until a little after 9am and were relieved to finally see our tour van.</p>

<p>This was a 5 experience for sure. There were four of us on the tour and our guide Guy was amazing! My Husband and I were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and this tour was the icing on the cake. Guy knows everyone and was able to get us to the front of the lines for every stop we made. We really saw Niagra from every angle and it was stunning.</p>

<p>This was a great way to see the main sights and learn a little history of the Niagara Falls; Canada area. Chris; our guide; was fantastic -- witty; well-informed; and ready with an answer to any question. We had a small group of five; and we all connected well. Tickets to the attractions -- the Skylon Tower; Behind the Falls; and the Hornblower boat ride -- were included in the tour price; so there was no waiting in line for tickets. My wife and I were both very pleased that we took the tour. Great job; Chris!! Thanks!!</p>

The tour guides did a good job explaining the history and information about the area. They were overbooked so we were dropped off at most venues and then picked up later; sometimes after the time given to meet. So this made the tour rather disjointed. I don't know if this is the norm to run two groups at a time with the guides shuttling everyone to the drop off points but for the price I'm not sure its the best way to impress.
