This was my dream bucket list vacation. we booked the day/night combo tour and don't regret it at all. We were driving from central Illinois and found that it would take longer than we anticipated and were afraid we wouldn't get there in time so they agreed to divide our combo onto 2 different tours - a night tour the first night and then picked us up the next morning for the day tour. much appreciated them working with us that way. Dustin was our tour guide on Thursday night and he was fabulous! we had a great dinner at the top of horseshoe falls and it was great. the food was good;the company - the other tour guests - were awesome to get to know; and the view from our table was the best! Dustin got us where we needed to go on time and was very informational and and fun! highly recommend the night tour so you can go to the illumination tower and change the colors on the falls.... amazing!!!! the next morning there was a snafu with picking us up; but they quickly fixed that and we were on the tour with the rest of the group. Matt was our guide that day and even though we drove past some of the same sights as the night before; he provided different stories and was great! I can't say enough about the Journey behind the falls... that was an amazing experience I'll never forget! Taking this tour was a bit pricier than buying individual tickets; but definitely worth it. didn't have to worry about getting the tickets - lines - parking - knowing where to go --- no worries at all! If you're thinking about these tours... do it. you won't regret it. Best vacation ever!!

<p>The very best way to see all the relevant sites; then you can plan to revisit on your own time if you want to spend more time at a particular place. Our tour guide DUSTIN not Austin was the best--friendly; prompt; courteous; knowledgeable and funny! As I told him when we got dropped off; Your mother raised you right!</p>

Our tour guide Guy was amazing!!! He made the whole tour funny and fun! We traveled with our 2 year old and Guy was very patient and interactive to make the day as smooth as possible. The day was planned out so well we didn't need to wait in any queues the whole day. Thank you Guy! You're worth more money. 😋

<p>This was a great city tour; plenty of local knowledge from our very competent guide; Tyson.<br/>The Trip to the viewing area of the CN Tower was a highlight and also Casa Loma was very impressive; even for us Brits -lots of grand houses in the UK. St.Lawrence Market was great for the awesome variety of food on offer; and the harbour boat trip to the islands was lovely; particularly good as there was a small bar on the boat.<br/> Great trip. Chris; our tour guide; was fantastic! He was very friendly; attentive; knowledgeable; funny and entertaining. My husband and I were picked up at our hotel in Toronto and traveled to Niagara Falls in a comfortable mini-van with just two other people. Chris took care of everything for us. It was nice not having to stand in lines to buy tickets to the attractions (Skylon Tower; Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Cruise.) Niagara Falls surpassed my expectations! We almost skipped the falls because I thought it was too touristy. However; it ended up being a highlight of our trip; thanks to Chris and See Sight Tours! The only drawback was the heavy traffic between Toronto and Niagara Falls which made for a long ride; but that is certainly not the fault of See Sight Tours; and we were very comfortable in the mini-van.

<p>This was my family's first time in Canada to see the falls; so we looked at lots of different tours and reviews to figure out what we wanted to see. This tour is well worth the time and money! Mike was our tour guide; and he was great! Very knowledgeable with lots of stories he drove us around the area; and showed us things that we never would have seen on our own. We were allowed plenty of time to stop and take pictures; shop; and grab snacks. He gave us tips to use when we were actually on the boat and on the Skylon that made the activity that much more enjoyable. The best part was that the group was small! It was only my family of 4 myself; husband; daughter; and boyfriend our own personal tour! No waiting in lines. We were dropped right at the door of each activity and handed the tickets. We also were staying in New York; so I was a little worried as to where we would meet our driver. Not a problem at all. We were given a specific address that turned out to be an inexpensive public parking lot in the middle of the tourist area. It was easy to get to; and we had no problem finding our guide. Thanks for the memories Mike!</p>

We had Chris as our guide and he was absolutely awesome. He was polite; funny; on time and most of all very knowledgeable about everything about the falls. He gave us tips on where to sit on the boat for the best views; very good recommendations for places that are a must to see and very good directions on how to get there. Every stop that we made; he dropped us off and promptly picked us up at the exact time that he said and that kept us on schedule for this awesome your. We would highly recommend this company and your. The restaurant that we had dinner at was ok; not the greatest; but beautiful views. If you have the prime rib; ask for it to be rare because it came out well done. Overall; fantastic trip! Great job Chris!
