<p>We had Mike for a tour guide. He was great. Very prompt; and well informed about everything we asked him. The only time he was late getting back to pick us up; he was stuck in traffic. But he had sent another driver to tell us what happened. And the traffic WAS terrible by then. We enjoyed our tour with him very much. Would highly recommend him as a guide. The tour was very well put together as well. Would like to see a little extra time between to shop though. But they kept us busy going from place to place. I would recommend the early AM trip. The later the day got; the more people to work around. Again; A for both Mike and the tour.</p>

<p>My husband no I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide Effe? was courteous and supplied us with loads of information about the falls. I am mobility impaired and he was very thoughtful about our drop off and pick up locations and provided assistance when needed. I would be happy to request his services should we be back in the area. His love of Niagara Falls was apparent as he provided history of the area.</p>

The tour was a refreshing way to see all the sights in Niagra. Went behind the falls. On the boat and saw the power plants (Outside). Our Guide Effe was a very nice an very Informative. Always making sure we were OK and answered all our questions. Will definitely do this tour again.

We did start out with a little mix up on our pickup location; the company had sent and email; but since we were on vacation; we didn't get it. However; not to fret; they changed their plans for us and picked us up where we were. EXCELLENT customer service. Nice to have only a small group at a time. Dustin our tour guide was also excellent; didn't go to fast for us middle agers; but was full of energy and knowledge. It was perfect to just pull up to the sight and go to the head of the line. Also gave us great information about the region and restaurants and answered all our questions. Highly recommend see sight tours!!!!!

Let's start with what wasn't good. Nothing; no complaints; you are chauffeured around to all the sights in a mini-van so max number of people on the tour is 7. Picked up on time by Dustin; taken to the Skylon to view the Falls from up high. Then taken to the Behind the Falls tour; no waiting; taken in the back way for immediate entrance; then a short ride to the Whirlpool again the guides give a lot of background info. Then to Hornblower Falls Boat ride; would have gone to the head of the line but the elevator was down. Otherwise this tour covers a lot of ground in a 5 hours; and you get VIP treatment; hardly any waiting in lines. Great value.

<p>Our friendly guide picked us up in a Minivan right in front of the Imax. Perfect size for the 6 of us. </p><p>If you are taking the recommended 9:00 morning tour; if you arrive at the lot before 8:30 a.m.there is a good chance you won't have to pay for parking. Bonus! There was lots of parking in this lot. </p><p>Our tour guide escorted us to the VIP entrances and handed us our tickets; answered any questions we had and then let us enjoy the attraction on our own. He said to remember any question we might have while in the attraction and he would answer them when we returned to the van. He came back to pick us up promptly at the time that was preagreed on. It is important to be on time with your return or else you would miss out on some of the other tour options he has for you. It is a 4 hour tour and he fits in as much as he can in that 4 hour time limit. </p><p>It was nice to be able to get an overview on this tour and then could then go back and revisit the attractions later; if we chose to. He gave us the highlights on all the different areas we passed as we take part in the driving tour. We had no idea some of these Gems were there! He will answer any questions you have while passing by the attractions. </p> <p>Our guide got off the subject of the tour for a while and chatted about himself more; but then got back on track and continued sharing his wonderful knowledge of the area. But all in all he did a great job.</p><p>The HornBlower cruise to the bottom of the Horseshoe falls was my favorite. Getting rained on by the waters of the Falls while listening and experiencing the power of the Falls was awesome! The Journey behind the Falls was great also. Another great perspective of the wonder and power the Falls offer. The Skylon Tower was great for some wonderful pictures with yet again a different perspective of the Falls as well as a 360 degree views of the Niagara area. It's interesting how the busyness and commercialism we experienced right by the Falls area quickly changed into many houses and open space. Wow!</p> <p>So yes; it is nice to have a personal guide. He answers 'your' questions and you do not have to listen to chatter-noise of the others on the bus. It is easier to get in and out at the attractions when it is 6 of you instead of 60 on a tour bus. Parking is easier as is the timing. Good option; for sure.</p>

Thoroughly enjoyed this small group tour. Really appreciated the small size and how much we saw and experienced in such a short amount of time. Definitely worth taking this tour instead of going to any 1-4 of the main attractions on your own. We did the day tour (without lunch).

We booked this tour as a way to see a variety of attractions around Niagara Falls; ON the first day we were there. We figured that we'd get an overview; then go back and visit the areas where we wanted to spend more time. We LOVED the small group--just five of us. Our tour guide; Robbie; was very punctual; picking us up at the hotel in the morning. The van was comfortable and he was very knowledgeable about the area. We skipped the lines at Journey Behind the Falls through the VIP door. Robbie made sure we were happy at every point. Honestly; I don't think it could have been better. We were back at our hotel by about 1:30 p.m. and felt like we had really seen and learned a lot. Totally recommend.

<p>It's a great tour. John is our tour guide and he is awesome; providing us with great information on the sites we visited. Behind the Falls tour was great; feeling the power of the falls and being that up close to it. Skylon offered a breathtaking view of the area. Unfortunately; the elevators going down to the Hornblower boat were not all working so there was no group tour exclusive line. We have to go through the general line which took almost an hour since it was the holiday weekend. It was worth the wait; though; as the up close boat tour is amazing. Overall; an excellent tour and highly recommended.</p>

This was an amazing way to enjoy the Falls; fireworks and fun of the area. (Meal was not good). Being able to change the colors on the waterfalls was magic!
