Mike was very friendly; super knowledgeable; and just all around a great tour guide. The weather didn't cooperate and we were in torrential downpours; but Mike went out of his way to keep the tour on track and enjoyable.

Highly recommend the tour as it covers many aspects of Niagra Falls in a compact manner. For the morning tour; our guide was Muhammed. He was very knowledgeable & personable. We were so pleased.Robbie was our guide for the afternoon & he was great; too.

<p>This was a great trip- well worth the money. We had a small group (7 of us). Our tour guide; Robbie; picked us up at our B and B and off we went. No line waiting; lots of fun. Great day! We will use this tour group again and would recommend them as well.</p>

My husband and girlfriend and I took the ultimate Niagara tour. Our guide Mike was fantastic and knowledgeable. His time management was awesome considering he was running two tour groups at the same time. He would get our group set up at the attractions and go and collect his other group and take them to the next venue; come back for us take us to the next destination and so on. He did this well; and did lose anyone. I enjoyed the fact that these tours are in small groups. There were us three and a family of four in our tour group. It was terrific. I would recommend Mike; even though Mike told us of a co-worker by the name of Guy who has been with them for the a long time.

Loved that we didn't have to wait in lines for tickets and we had someone directing us. While on the tour; there is no time for shopping. The pace of the tour was all viewing. Shopping will have to be done at a different time. Loved the skylon; and behind the falls; and the boat ride right up to the falls was spectacular also. Got a bunch of history; enough to wet your appetite for a book about the falls.

Tour guide was wonderful! Very informative and extremely nice! Awesome adventure.

Called and setup tour for 9am Tue. July 11th; asked for one change; because of age of guest; I asked to switch Journey behind the Falls for Niagara Fury less chance of slipping; and they were willing to change for us; thank you so very much. e-mail commutation was send to keep me up to date on tour and times. A young very personable man named Steven showed up on time @ 8:40 am in our lobby @ Sheraton on the Falls. The mini van was clean; and he opened all doors; all day long and made sure we were ok. To my surprise we started the tour at Table Rock; which was wish but didn't say anything; so I'm a happy boy already; London 3 some did Journey Behind the falls while we did Niagara Fury so Steven needed to watch both groups; he had no problem. Steven gave history of Hydro power plants; water flow over falls restrictions; on to Horn blower; what a great time to get wet; Steven told us were to be on boat. Steven always walked backwards at a very nice pase for my wife and my 92 year old mother; he went every where with us till he could not go any further; what a trooper; made us feel so relaxed because he was still present. Tour continued to Floral Clock; too tired to get out and take pictures; too tired; sad. then on to Skylon Tower; wonderful ride up; and super view from the top; took lots of pics. Steven was the BEST TOUR Guide we have had including cruise ships.

Great way to see the most popular biews of the Falls - all in one day.

<p>Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed the time spent. I was a little surprised that they take you to the place; drop you off and advise you of a time as to when you will be picked up. I gave this 4 stars because one of the sites on the tour was the boat ride and it was not available. The elevators at the event were not working so we were told that we would have to wait 1 hour or more in the general admission line if we wanted to ride. We chose not to ride. We are still awaiting a refund for that portion of the trip.</p>

The Hornblower boat trip to the Falls was terrific. Tons of people but handled very professionally. Boats leave every 15 minutes and there was never a long wait to board or disembark. There is a narration over a public address system; but it is just enough to let you know why this is a wonder of the world. The trip itself is about 30 minutes; but gets you close to the falls--close enough that even with the plastic ponchos provided; we got soaked in a torrent of wind and water. It was a great experience and just enough for a couple who didn't want to spend a whole day on an overly expensive; extensive tourist attraction. For us it was a truly exciting; unusual but NOT risky attraction.
