<p>The tour itself was Great; but the service that I received from booking the trip to after the tour finished is the reason why they deserve 1 star. When I booked my tour; they did not tell me what time pick up was at my hotel; when I called they said they couldn't accommodate my group in one tour and that my pick up was in 5 minutes. Then after some calling back and forth they were finally able to accommodate us all on one tour because they said two other groups had cancelled. It was cloudy that morning so the Tour guide said we could get our CN Tower tickets and go up the next day. Upon leaving the tour; the Tour guide forgot to give us our tickets no fault to her. When we reached out to the company to try and get our tickets delivered to the hotel we could not get in touch with them. When we finally did they said they would either refund us or bring us our tickets. Since this is one of the reasons why I paid for the tour; I wanted to go up to the CN tower not part of my money back. It took them a whole day and a half to drop off our tickets leaving us to go to the CN tower on the last day of our trip. The Toronto office running this tour is very unprofessional. They lied and said they dropped our tickets off at the hotel in the morning; but the tickets weren't dropped off until the evening. If you are able to get all you booking taken care of before going to Canada I would advise doing that. The tour itself is a great experience; the office is just terrible.</p>

See Sight tours did a great job with our tour of Niagara Falls. Our tour guide Chris showed up on time and was very accommodating and helpful. He got us in at all the major attractions without waiting on the very long lines and took us to a few places we would have known to visit. Overall a great time.

Family of four with two teenagers booked a private 6 hour tour. We had Dustin; a college student; who accompanied us for the whole day. It was expensive; but made the trip a real joy. All tickets were purchased ahead of time by See Sight and we never waited in line. Dustin was informative and knowlegable and added greatly to the tour. Communication with See Sight was terrific; highly responsive; and made the process easy. For a splurge; it was a great way to see this super-crowded area.

My 20 yr. old daughter; 17 yr. son and I had an amazing time with See Sight! I booked a day and night tour with two boat trips into the Falls; dinner; elevator ride to the top of Skylon Tower; Behind the Falls; and an extra special bonus - changing the lights on the Falls at night! Our tour guide; John; was very informative and extremely polite. I highly recommend this tour!

<p>This tour covered everything! Plus; we got a little history of the area. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. For me; the best part was the Hornblower Cruise into the mist. Definitely a good value!</p>

<p>Great experience. You get prompt and courteous service; the guide is informative and not pushy; there's plenty of time to enjoy each site stop; and the selection of events is just right for the five hours.</p>

My sister; my two teenage boys and I took the tour on Canada Day. It was a wonderful tour and Dustin; our tour guide; did a great job! It was well worth the money to go right into all of the attractions; no lines. All the attractions that we saw were great. I'd have to say the Hornblower boat ride was the best; but the others gave us another wonderful way to see the Falls. Dustin was very knowledgeable and gave us some great history of not only the Falls; but also of the entire area. As Dustin would say Pitter; Patter; Let's get at it - take this tour!

<p>Really great tour. Steve our guide was friendly and very informative and made you feel totally relaxed from the time you stared the tour. Picked us up from our rental house. If you want to experience Niagra Falls and get to know the surroundings; do this tour. Excellent Value as well</p>

Our family visited Niagara Falls this week and it was an outstanding experience. We booked a private tour for our family from Miami; Florida. Guy was our guide and he was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
