Karan was a very knowledgeable, friendly and kind tour guide. We felt comfortable asking him all sorts of questions about Niagara Falls and its history. We felt safe going around the city with him. He kept our kids interested and engaged. We would definitely do another tour with him.

It's a genuinely nice tour with a good bit of walking. Our guide was knowledgeable but wish he managed time a bit better. Would have enjoyed more time in old capital building and at the Arch Museum.

Our tour guide didn’t give much detail about the city of Toronto. He pointed out the stops and where to meet him. But no history of the city.

This was by far the most disorganized shitshow of an excursion I have ever seen. There was no organization at the pier, numerous people with signs were unwilling to help. A message from a driver said he would be there in 5 minutes, 10 minutes later he messaged he was cancelling but someone else would contact me. No one contacted me. I searched all over for help, was told I and other people cancelled our tours, which we never did. We wound up getting a driver an hour later. He was ok, but what was left of the excursion was rushed. I would not recommend this tour company.

The luxury vehicle advertised was a Suburban. Three adults over six feet were crammed into the third row small seats which made for a miserable trip. The much heavier passengers got the other seats up front both ways. I asked for a partial refund which was denied. Very disappointing.
