This tour is simply amazing with a wealth of knowledge! Our tour guide - Dustin was brilliant and very knowledgeable! Every step of the way was done in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience. If you are going to the FALLS; this is a MUST Do! Thank you See Sight- even the folks on the phone when you call Customer Service ; were a breath of fresh air! Thank you Again!

We met our tour guide (Carwyn ?) at the appointed pick up location and after another stop to pick up a family we were on our way. There were a total of 7 of us which was perfect as we received what I consider was the VIP treatment. Since the weather was a little unsettled he modified the tour so that we took the helicopter first which was a smart move as after that it began to rain and we would have missed out. We visited the falls; walk behind the falls; and the Skylon Tower where we had a wonderful lunch. Overall just a great experience. Would use their services again.

<p>I have never been to Canada before and my husband has not been there since he was 8 or 10 years old and didn't remember much. We highly recommend this tour to anyone going there for the first time! Our tour guide's name was Mike and for a young guy; he was very knowledgeable about the area. There are only approximately 6 people per this tour; which definitely gives you a one on one experience. We had the company of a very pleasant couple from Michigan with 3 small girls. They picked us up and dropped us off right at our hotel. Mike gave us times when and where we should meet him at the van and we got to do the planned activities at our own pace. I'm glad they saved the Hornblower Tour for almost the very last; as you get totally soaked; even though you are provided plastic rain gear. I'll never be sorry we picked this tour!</p>

We are so glad we decided to use See Sight Tours to see all things Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Our guide John was AWESOME! You are in groups of 7 or smaller; they pick you up in a mini-van; and drive you to every location; giving you insights along the drive. They also get you in the front of the line for certain ticketed attractions. Wouldn't tour Niagara Falls any other way!!

This was a fantastic tour of the falls and surrounding area our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Dustin our tour guide had a great personality and we could not have asked for a better guide. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that visits the falls this tour is also inclusive of the surrounding area. If your are lucky enough to get Dustin as your guide you will have an enjoyable day. A phrase he used will stay with you for a lifetime Pitter Patter lets get atter.

Went with a group tour of 14 women and had a great time. Carwyn was patient; very knowledgeable and worked to accommodate all of us on this trip. Highly recommend!!

When my husband and I visit a new place; we like to take a tour to become familiar with the area. As tours go; this one was awesome. We got an excellent overview of Niagara Falls; as well as visiting the top attractions. Our tour guide; Chris; was knowledgeable and shared information about Niagara Falls in a manner that was entertaining. He relayed a lot of information without ever sounding as though he was spitting out a memorized monologue. I got the sense that our questions were welcomed and that he tailored the information to our (and the other 4 people with us) interests. As we visited the different attractions; Chris let us know the best way to see the attraction (like where on the boat we would get the best view). We went to the Skylon Tower; Journey Behind the Falls; and the Hornblower Cruise; as well as on a driving tour of the area. It was amazing to experience those attractions and never have to wait in line! Another upside for the tour was we were picked up at our hotel which meant we didn’t have to drive to the tour start (which can be challenging in an unfamiliar area) and find parking. We didn’t have to estimate how long it might take to get there and leave early just in case we got lost…we just had to walk down to our hotel lobby. Our tour was truly enjoyable - Chris’s enthusiasm and his effort to make sure we had a great time resulted in an excellent experience.

<p>Mohammed was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! He stood in line with us even had large umbrella for my mom to have shade and told us about each of the sites. We did our tour on a Saturday afternoon; so the lines and crowds were unavoidable. He knew the quickest way in and out. He drove and dropped us off at each location and then would go park the van; and run back to us. Very smart; knowledgable and personable young man. Yes; you can find other tours that are cheaper; but I specifically chose this for the small group experience. Since there were 5 of using our group; we were the only ones in his group; unlike many others that were large groups of 20 people. That means no waiting for other people or hurrying up because of wasted time. You get personal attention from the time they pick you up from your hotel till they drop you off. Was suppose to be approximately 4 hours; but because of the busy summer afternoon; we got back a little over 6 hours later. <br/> My husband got to enjoy the trip without having to figure out where to go; where to park; and best places to go to first. It would have taken all day long - probably 12 hours to do what we did if we had done it on our own on such a busy day.</p><p>We met two ladies while traveling around on the metro; and highly recommended this tour and to ask for Mohammed. Hope they were able to book it too! </p><p>Only thing that would make it better is if the tickets to Maid of the Mist could have been purchased ahead of time. They definitely need to give the tour people access to purchasing the tickets in advance. I know this is out of their control; hoping if enough guests bring it up; then maybe they will do something about it.</p> <p>We would definitely do this again and will let everyone else know.... thank you - from The Madrigal Family</p>

<p>Loved it! Guy our tour guide was very personable and entertaining. He was able to answer all of our questions. It lived up to our expectations.</p>

Booked an Evening tour via Viator. Pickup was on schedule. Our Guide Mike was amazing;knowledgable and humorous. Dinner; boat cruise and fireworks were nice. Best part of the trip was visiting the control Deck of the new light system and actually operating it for a while.I would highly recommend See Sight Tours and special thanks to Mike for making it memorable.
