<p>Tour guide was on time very informative kept us informed of what should be expected at each stop. Tour advertised for 5 hours and was about 4 hours 20 minutes but that was enough time for everything. Van was comfortable and 7 passengers was just the right amount. Not having to wait on any lines was a definite plus!</p>

The tour is excellent; specially when you have limited time. This tour allows you to see all the major highlights of the falls skipping all the crowds and endless lines. Our guide Mike was super kind; friendly and talked us about so many interesting facts. My family and me had an amazing time! The least favorite thing was the restaurant; the food is not that great; the service is so so; you don´t get to choose your meals and only can get 1 beverage (not alcoholic). The reason I´m rating this with 4 instead of 5 is because the service before the tour could be better. We needed to change the day of our tour and I tried calling them for at least 10 times and nobody answered (they said they are open 7 days a week; but they are only leaving a voicemail to take the calls); I send emails without a timely response. Just the day before our trip at 8pm; I got the confirmation about the date change. Uffff; that was stressful! Also; I would appreciate if they send some information about the tour without me asking for it (where will I be meeting the guide if I am not in Niagara; guide´s name; length of visit; proof of payment; etc.)

<p>Five stars are not enough. This is the BEST activity in the area! Matt was a great guide! The lighting of the falls was THE BEST experience ever!</p>

It was awesome to finally see the thundering giant up close and our guide was very informative as he drove us around the area with the history of how the falls generate power. Got to even see some Canadian geese in a little park and where the lights are located that light up the falls at night. We did have a limited time at some of the stops but it was enough. He even offered if we wanted to be dropped off at a certain place in town or go back to the hotel when we were done with the tour. My group was perfect; just me and a family of 6 from Australia. Well worth it!</p>

I booked our 8 hr tour with nothing to rely on but Trip Advisor and their website. Our tour guide was awesome (Matt) and was informative; friendly and did not have the stereotypical guide sayings or annoying mannerisms. I was surprised that our group was just 7. A family of four and myself and my 2 kids. We were driven to all the sites on time. Hardly had a wait in any line. We were left at sites to roam on our own and for me;that was perfect. It was a long day; but it went fast. Dinner was great. The whole trip was great! Thank you See Sight and Matt!

<p>This was an amazing tour! I was a little nervous about a 5 hr. tour; but our guide Chris was so great and interesting and the sights were so unbelievable that the time flew by! Chris picked us up at our hotel right on time and ferried us around to all the Niagara Falls sights. This tour was great because you viewed the falls from every conceivable angle; and all angles were equally awe-inspiring! Don't go to Niagara without doing this tour- and ask for Chris! You will not be disappointed!</p>

<p>I ended up going with the tour on the American side without the helicopter ride; and this company is amazing. I needed to switch my rsvp to the American side; and they were flexible. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and super friendly. It is worth it you see things that you might otherwise miss on your own.</p>

This was a great tour to see all the major highlights of the falls without the hassle of dealing with the summertime crowds. They pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at each of the sites; with plenty of time to see them on your own. You also don't have to buy any tickets or pay for any parking....if you can find parking. We loved everything about this adventure!

<p>When my husband and I visit a new place; we like to take a tour to become familiar with the area. As tours go; this one was awesome. We got an excellent overview of Niagara Falls; as well as visiting the top attractions. Our tour guide; Chris; was knowledgeable and shared information about Niagara Falls in a manner that was entertaining. He relayed a lot of information without ever sounding as though he was spitting out a memorized monologue. I got the sense that our questions were welcomed and that he tailored the information to our and the other 4 people with us interests. As we visited the different attractions; Chris let us know the best way to see the attraction like where on the boat we would get the best view. We went to the Skylon Tower; Journey Behind the Falls; and the Hornblower Cruise; as well as on a driving tour of the area. It was amazing to experience those attractions and never have to wait in line! Another upside for the tour was we were picked up at our hotel which meant we didnt have to drive to the tour start which can be challenging in an unfamiliar area and find parking. We didnt have to estimate how long it might take to get there and leave early just in case we got lostwe just had to walk down to our hotel lobby. Our tour was truly enjoyable - Chriss enthusiasm and his effort to make sure we had a great time resulted in an excellent experience.</p>

As a first-time visitor to Niagara Falls; I am so glad I booked See Sight's Ultimate Niagara Falls tour. Our guide Mike was friendly and full of interesting information about all the major attractions my mom and I visited; including the Skylon Tower and Journey behind the Falls. It was so nice to have someone chauffeur us around instead of having to drive and worry about parking. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who plans to visit the Falls.
