The tour itself was a great experience; our group of 7 enjoyed the entire experience and were pleased with our guide named Robby.Unfortunately; I am only giving See-Sight tours a 3 rating because the company canceled my tour twice!!! I scheduled our original tour 8 weeks in advanced; 2 days before the tour was scheduled See-Sight sent an email noting they did not have a guide available for that given day and canceled the tour. After me calling and making a complaint they rescheduled for another tour; the 2nd tour was canceled by See-Sight because they over booked their tours! I then called again and made a huge complaint; the customer service representative confirmed within a day that she would meet with management and see if they can schedule a tour for my group. So in other words; another party had their tour canceled last minute to accommodate my complaint. My second complaint is my group was never told that the shuttle van would be used to make additional pick ups and drops offs while we were at our excursions. My group left jackets; bags; and photo mementos behind only to come back to our things being disheveled and my helicopter photo which I purposely put on the front seat for safe keeping was bent during the dishevelment. My group specifically asked if it was ok to leave some of our things behind and our guide said yes and never told us other people would need to utilize the van. I feel this information should be shared so customers are aware there is a risk your items could be damaged or moved.

We had never been to Toronto so the 5 hour day tour was the perfect way to start off. I was a little concerned when booking because some other reviews indicated communication issues--but that could not have been farther from the truth for us. They called the day before to confirm our location--and the next morning; Tyson was right on time! The locations covered in the tour were perfect for a first-timer----a great selection of different places. And Tyson is so personable and knowledgeable--well; the tour was over before we even realized how long we had been gone!!! Overall a terrific experience that I would highly recommend to anyone new to Toronto.

Alexandra alex was the Best tour guide we have ever had anywhere. She was so friendly knowledgeable and professional. The day was so much fun. I would highly recommend using See Sight tours as we had minimal lines and waiting for the high valued tours. Not only that but we didn't have to drive worry about parking or timing. It was all done for us and we were in a mini van with one other family. It was like a private 5 hour tour. Thank you Alex and wish you luck in all your upcoming adventures. Hope to see you again.

Since I have experienced various tour programs in the States and Europe; I did not expect much for this tour. But with a tour guide such as Dustin you can experience the best you can get for your money.

As a new visitor to the area and with very little time; we traded extra time in the area for a paid tour. And it was excellent. Ferried around in a small van; so only a maximum of 6 people; it was easy to ask questions; spend a bit extra time for photos etc. Every event was amazing; under the falls was one of THE BEST sights I've ever seen; but the boat excursions; the whirlpool; skylon tower; were all well worth the time. Thanks Alex for a hreat day.

<p>Dana was an excellent guide around Toronto; very knowledgeable. The early departure was key to getting to each tour location at an hour where it is less crowded.</p>

<p>We are so glad we booked this and got to experience all of Niagara Falls in one day. The helicopter ride was short but had an amazing view. The boat ride was the best; and such a unique experience! Highly recommend this tour!</p>
