It was an excellent experience

My wife and I had a wonderful day with tour guide Guy. We could not have been more pleased with the ease of being picked up; the personal touches and the timing of it all. We highly recommend this tour. We felt as VIP's all day. Thanks again.

<p>If you're going to do a trip this is the one! Small group of six and our tour guide Matt was brilliant. Well worth every penny. <br/> The Skylon Tower lunch was only ok but certainly didn't spoil the experience.</p>

Chris was amazing. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole day and night tour a joy. We never waited in line. He was friendly and helpful at every stop.

<p>This was the perfect tour. We enjoyed all of the tour stops and our guide Jon provided all sorts of interesting information along the way as well as at the various destinations. Jon is among the best tour guides we have ever experienced. Enjoyed interacting with the other guests on the tour; but lots of freedom to explore the spots on your own. A great value!</p>

The actual tour was very nice and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable; it was well worth the money and the hidden benefit was the was no waiting in line for any attraction or event. Great overall tour. Highly recommend! My only issue was when booking the tour; we initially opted for the advertised tour with lunch and helicopter ride. When booking initially; the company emailed back that this tour required a two day notice. Ok... booked again giving two day notice... emailed back that only 2 remaining slots for that tour...😕 So; booked a tour for the next available day; never received a confirmation or declination text. 😕 Called the next morning to check status and was told that that tour isn't offered anymore because they couldn't offer the lunch or helicopter ride... WTH!😡 So either the first 2 booking responses were lies or I am very confused! SO... I suggest calling to book your tour to avoid wasting valuable time and getting your hopes up for the helicopter ride and lunch! Extremely disappointed missing the helicopter ride!!! But Tour received was very nice 👍🏽. Thx to tour guide Tyson!

<p>Only real complaint was that the lunch was more for the view than the quality though not terrible; it was generic banquet food. Great tour guide and it was nice not having to find parking at every stop. Tour had a nice flow to it.</p>

<p>Dustin did an outstanding job. Highly recommend for those who rather not drive to visitor spots them selves; Dustin provided additional info on visitor spots in the falls. Really liked the 3 pm start; worked well with my schedule.</p>

This was a great trip. The tour was well organised and the small group allowed a little flexibility; which was helpful. Our guide; Robbie; was well informed and entertaining. We would highly recommend this tour company. For anyone thinking of staying on the USA side; it is easy to walk across the Rainbow Bridge from the USA to Canada. Immigration checks both ways were relatively smooth; but allow about an hour crossing to Canada; in case of queues. There was only one immigration officer on duty when we crossed at 0800. Make sure you see the river lit up at night and the fireworks. If you want to splash out on something special; the helicopter trip is fabulous.
