<p>Convienince was wonderful and we hit all the hot spots with some very good tips. But our guide was doing two tours and was late picking us up at all of our stops.</p>

This was a phenomenal tour! Our tour guide; John; was knowledgeable; funny; and extremely personable. We took a day tour that included CN Tower; St. Lawrence Market; Casa Loma; and a boat tour of the harbor; as well as a guided drive around the city and through its neighborhoods. There were eight passengers; and the van was comfortable. I highly recommend this tour and guide John! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

A great five hour tour with an excellent guide (Robbie) who was a polite; bright and intelligent local young man whose knowledge of the area was impressive. If your visit is only short then this tour is perfect.

We did the Canadian side tour and It was fun but for the US side tour in the afternoon I received an email with the pick up time between 2:30 to 3:00pm when it was 3 already called them and They said They changed the time until 4 so we waited but After 4 :15 pm nobody showed up and we had to call again. They insist saying the tour guy was there already but that was not true. They never showed up so we just get out from there. That was such a terrible experience.

<p>The guild Justin was great. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. We could not have asked for better. The area of Niagara Falls is beautiful. Had a great time on the tour.</p>

<p>Had a great tour with Robbie; he was very informative;he made the tour very pleasant and up beat. This was money well spend; I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone seeing Niagara Falls. Thanks Again for job well done.</p>

<p>It was a very pleasurable experience. We are happy to meet Guy; the guide. He is so nice and friendly. We met so many interesting things about Niagara Falls; we felt comfortable and we also optimized our time because everything happened on time; without delays. Me and my family would definitely recommend it.</p>

<p>Tour Director Dayna was fantastic! Her knowledge and love for the city really shined through. Casa Loma was beautiful and the views from top of the CN Tower were amazing!</p>

I had an amazing tour at 25th of august; with the tour guide Mike! He was extremely perfect; funny;intelligent; and knowledgeable guide! There is no question he can not answer about the area of niagara. And he also has lots of recommendations for people about what to do and how to spent their time in the area of Niagara. I hope you will be able to have a chance to have Mike as ur tour guide! Thanks agen making my tour perfect!

The tour was awesome. We paid a little extra for the helicopter tour. I'd recommend doing that with everyone. The lines were smooth and didn't have to wait that long in them. The tour guide was very knowledgeable; friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this tour company to others. They picked us up and dropped us off at the bed and breakfast we were staying at.

<p>In about three hours we saw everything we wanted to see. I think the guide Chris adjusted the tour to fit our group type. He was clear with directions. He shared local history and information and was able to answer our questions. We did get off to a late start due to the lateness of two in our group; but I think Chris tried to make it up to us. I called the tour company several times and they were courteous and helpful.</p>
