<p>Highly recommend this tour! It actually worked out for us to take the night tour first on one day and then the day portion the following day. We really liked it that way because otherwise it can be a long day! It starts about 3:00 and you end up back at your hotel around 11:15-11:30. Getting to change the light color on the falls was so special and an unforgettable experience! Knowing that only a few people per day get to do this makes it that much more special. If you have a chance; do this tour!</p>

<p>This is such a great deal. Chris was fun and knowledgeable and chauffeured us from our hotel to all of the top sights. We didn't have to fight traffic; pay parking; or stand in long lines for tickets. A really nice way to see the falls on your first day.</p>

<p>The tour was the best part of our cross country experience. However; I took away stars for the pick-up debacle. The tour van left without picking us up and then due to poor phone coverage out of the country I never received the drivers calls but I was standing out front with my children for over 30 mins....and he left us. I was able to contact central office to find out why he had not come only to find out he left. The pick up van was not described very well. We met a wonderful family enjoyed the tour behind the falls; and the boat ride to the falls; but the helicopter ride disappointing. The company didn't allow any of my family members to ride up front even though there are two seat and were two different families one family was able to get both front seats I paid the same amount as the other family but we had to see the back of heads.....very disappointed. I would have thought they should have allowed one person from each family to sit up front. Seems only fair.</p>

<p>The tour guide Jon; he is the greatest! Very knowledgeable. He knows a lot about his city. He is there to answer all the questions that a visitor could have. The history. The culture. The neighborhood. Hidden gems. Everything. I learnt a lot about the city Toronto; and I learnt a lot about the country Canada. Many thanks to him.</p>

<p>This tour included all the top attractions that our group wanted to see. We were picked up and delivered back to our hotel. Total convenience! Great information provided as we went. Worth repeating!</p>

We were so happy with our choice to do the Ultimate Niagara Tour with See Sight Tours. We were picked up at the downstairs lobby (by Starbucks) at the Crowne Plaza by a very friendly driver; Alex; who was driving a clean; comfortable and dependable minivan. We toured with a family that consisted of the Father and his 3 children. We could not have picked a better group of people to spend our 5 hours with; since the family was so respectful; loving and humorous while our driver had a great sense of knowing when to allow us time to have our own conversations and when to point out interesting facts about Niagara. With her driving; never did we wonder if we were in any danger as she was a skilled driver; even in the busiest of places. Alex not only drove us from spot to spot; she also was allowed to park in very close and convenient locations near the selected sights; making it easier access for us to join the other tourists. Within an instant; she got our tickets; saving us the trouble of getting in the back of the ticket lines. Each time we started a sight; she would give us tidbit information to make the best of our experience and would be waiting for us as we came out from each of our touring centers. We also saw a bit more than we would have on our own; since she knew the quickest ways to get around town. In addition; she could answer any question we asked; including a great recommendation to eat dinner at The Keg within the Embassy Hotel. Since parking is an issue in this Canadian tourist city; it was such a pleasant experience to have our own personal chauffeur to pick us up and drop us off; including the return to our hotel. Alex and all the staff at See Sight Tours were accommodating while going out of their way to make our experience a memorable event. Considering this was moderately priced; it was well worth the purchase to have this convenience and friendly service offered to us. Many thanks to Alex and the family that shared this spectacular day with us!

Had a great time visiting the Falls with See Sight tours - gave the perfect rounded out visit. We had a quick drive through Niagara Falls and given some great history lessons on local landmarks and buildings; then were able to visit behind the falls; go under the mist on the Hornblower and also took a helicopter ride. Everything was the perfect amount of time to fit so much into one day. Our tour guide was humorous and had answers for our many questions. We were happy we didn't have long waits for the labour day weekend. Topping it all off; having a fun lunch on the Skylon Tower and getting the 360 degree view while eating was amazing. We were just able to experience the Falls from every angle and view. What a wonderful tim and I couldn't stop repeating myself all day as said Fun!.

Chris was a great tour guide. This was a wonderful way to take in Niagara with a few extras.

<p>If you have a short time in Toronto this tour tries to cover as much as possible. Many interesting places including a visit to the Old Distillery quarter; CNN tower. The tour guide was very informative and welcoming made the tour great. The boat was nice enough but seemed like a filler. Well worth the time</p>
