Had a nice tour with tour guide Guy. It was very convenient to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Guy provided interesting information about the Falls as he drove us from site to site. We went to journey under the Falls; past a hydroelectric power station; whirlpool overlook; and ended our tour with a Hornblower cruise. It will take a good part of the day. Definitely take a camera and wear comfortable shoes. Guy took care to help my senior mom in and out of the minivan. Will definitely recommend this tour with See Sight Tours to any family and friends going to Niagara Falls.

Robbie was our tour guide and he was great. He is knowledgeable about the Falls and the city. He was enjoyable and enthusiastic about taking us on our tour. The boat rides were amazing. The day ride gets you closer to the Falls than the night ride. You will get wet on both rides. We were on the lower level of the boat in the right hand corner. If you want to get wet; that is the place to be (Thanks for that information; Robbie!!). The night ride was a blast too. The Falls are lit up in several different colors and you have plenty of time to get pictures. The Journey Behind the Falls was a great experience. You get to hear; and feel; how strong the Falls are. There is an observation deck below the Falls -- you will get wet. Plus; you get a chance to get a picture of a rainbow over the Falls. Also; there are two windows in the tunnels behind the Falls that let you experience the power of the Falls. The Skylon Tower was fun too. The views and photo ops were amazing!! We ended our Tour at the Illumination Tower. We really enjoyed meeting Gene. He has a thorough knowledge of the Tower and the Falls. We were able to change the colors of the Falls. Once everyone had a turn; Gene put on an amazing light show. This tour is a must when you visit Niagara Falls. This is a great way to see the sights. I would recommend going around Labor Day. There were still quite a few tourists but the crowds were manageable and you didn't wait in line hardly at all.

Picked up from hotel on time. Had plenty of time at each attraction. The four hours went quicker than we thought but; we saw and learned a lot. It was a great experience and well worth the price.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with See Sight Tours. It was a nice small group; and we were able to participate in the major attractions while also learning about more things we could see and do in our spare time. We definitely would recommend these tours!

Once everyone had a turn at changing the colors; Gene put on a light show for us. It was gorgeous!! </p> <p>I would recommend this tour -- it's a must if you travel Niagara Falls.</p>

<p>This was a total disaster of a trip. We paid 370 CAD for 2 people for a beautiful trip on our last night at the Falls. The driver was late picking us up so we speed to the restaurant and had only 45 minutes to eat a pre-fix meal. The restaurant was Element at the Falls which had a spectacular view of the falls. Dinner was soup; salad; choice of entree chicken; mushroom ravioli; salmon or steak. I ordered the mushroom ravioli as did 3 others at my table you eat with others who booked the same itinerary everyone sent theirs back and ordered steak except me. It was ok certainly not great. My husband had the salmon and he said it was editable after removing the sauce that was on it. His mashed potatoes were uneatable due to an odd taste. We had to ask for extra bread since there wasn't even enough for everyone at the table to have even one piece each. We missed dessert and coffee due to the time restraint put on us but they put it in a to-go box. We took one bite and threw it in the trash. We proceed to the meeting spot for our tour guide and she was no where to be found but the van was there. We had to wait for her to arrive. When she did we zoomed off to catch the boat only to find out it had left the dock without us and 7 others in a van that was part of this trip as well. We were told we could stick around for an hour and go up to the illumination deck and change the lights. We opted not to stand around and wait and watch our ship sail without us. We decided to walk back to our hotel note transportation was included in this trip and find somewhere to grab dessert since we were both hungry still. We were told we were going to get refund; it didn't happen proactively so I called a few days later and was told they would only refund 33 66 for 2 people for missing the boat. I said that was unacceptable considering we paid 370 for everything. On the Elements at the Falls website the pre-fix menu is 32/person 66 for 2. In all fairness; I would pay 100 for 2 dinners and a ride to the restaurant. I would expect the booking company to reimburse the difference 270. This is now being reviewed by management. I will update this post with any further details but speaking with the office it appears I will only receive back 66. In all; I would not recommend this trip at all. You are better off eating somewhere different and buying a ticket yourself for the night cruise.</p>

My girlfriend and I had been to Niagara Falls yearly for a 3 day girls get away. This was the first time we decided to take a sightseeing tour and we were so happy that we did. Our guide picked us up at our hotel at the exact time they said they would. There was 6 of us on the tour so there was a one on one relationship with all involved. The minivan was clean; comfortable and our driver/guide was polite; knowledgable and accessible. We started at the Skylon; no waiting in line. It was very windy at the top but the views and photo ops were amazing. There is a gift shop at the top as well as more on the first floor. We then went to Journey behind the Falls which was exciting when you finally go to the look out point; but the lines were slow and it was stuffy in the tunnels. The Hornblower cruise was amazing. We were all given rain ponchos but we got so close to the Falls that it was impossible not to get wet. It was thrilling to be that close to the thundering Falls and definitely worth the price of the tour. Being on a tour we had up close parking to all the attractions. We continued in the van touring attractions and landmarks throughout the city. We were gone for 5 hours and it was definitely the only way to see the sights. Don't forget to tip the driver/guide; they are only part time .

Just got back from the tour - absolutely wonderful. As good a tour as we have had anywhere in the world. It is often said that the guide makes or breaks a tour - Jon was brilliant with his passion and knowledge of the city and his helpfulness throughout the day. 10/10 for value and enjoyment. all the great sights see; wonderful knowledge of the city espoused. Jon went to so much effort to ensure we got to experience his city in the most favourable light. Not often you get such an outstanding guide. Just the right amount of time at each venue; with not wait in lines. Nothing was too much trouble. Well run See Sights - great points of interest and well planned logistically.Cheers
