Peggy's Cove was great, unfortunately the tour/organisation was terrible. Firstly, I had explained when booking that I wouldn't necessarily have access to wifi. I was cruising to Halifax, and didn't have international roaming. I did manage to connect to the port wifi (where I was being collected) on arrival, but when I left the building it disconnected. As requested I arrived early, expecting to see someone with an obvious Sight See sign. After about 10 minutes I found someone wearing a jacket with a tiny Sight See logo on the front. I tried to speak to him a number of times but he kept walking off. Eventually I got his attention and gave him my details, and he made a call to find out where my van/driver was. It turned out I'd been standing by the van for nearly 30 minutes! Not once had the driver got out, or shouted out my name. (It did transpire he had tried to call via Whatsapp, but of course the wifi had disconnected so no calls were coming through). Unfortunately, it got worse, because the other 5 passengers already in the van, then refused to make room to let me in. They claimed it would be too squashed with 6 people in (at least for the 3 that would be sat on the back row). In the end, after a fair bit of arguing by those 5 passengers, the driver told me another car would be sent for me, and he drove off without me. After going back into the terminal and exchanging a few emails, and waiting around half an hour (completely panicked by now) a car did finally turn up. It was a taxi and I was a lone passenger. There was no commentary at all. He did agree to take me back via the Titanic Cemetery (I'd not been able to book a tour that included this, they were sold out everywhere), but I did have to pay an extra $20. As it happened, I bumped into one of the passengers who refused to let me in the van at Peggy's Cove, who said she was glad to see I'd made it (insert eye roll). She also said they'd not had any commentary either, their guide was not a guide, just a driver, so I was glad at least that I'd not missed out on that.

Great tour, highly recommend. Picked up at the hotel and only one other couple, so almost private tour. Smooth helicopter ride to see amazing views. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time at the stops. Straight in, no queuing with other sightseers. The boat ride was awesome and lunch in the sky tower, offered great food and fantastic scenery.

Not a terribly comprehensive experience. Would have preferred even 15mins more at Peggy’s Cove, I feel we lost time here because there were guests who didn’t show up on time in the morning. Such a shame. I’d hoped for more information, but the guide only seemed to know half-facts and even those were often wrong. Halifax is not the busiest port in Canada.

Extremely poor organization—did not receive anything that was promised at the time of sale. About 25 people from a Norwegian cruise booked the excursion. But beware! Six people were crammed into normal cars—Toyota Highlanders—not a minivan, as mentioned in the description. It was very, very cramped in the back row! Not recommended. The driver spoke poor English, or rather Indian, I think. He didn't tell us anything about Halifax or Peggy's Cove. The description said: “On the way, your tour guide will provide you with fun facts and tips about the area.” After a 90-minute drive, we were only allowed to spend 45 minutes at Peggy's Cove. The booking stated that we would have 2 hours there. Then it was back to Halifax again. We were very, very dissatisfied!!!

Rob was a great tour guide. Discussed PEI and made the tour extremely interesting.

Our tour guide, Heidi, was professional, courteous, led us on a tour that was very enjoyable. Highly recommend see sight tours and Heidi!

Our guide Kayleigh was excellent on this tour and interacted personally with all participants- it was early and we were able to access the boat and cave trips easily and quickly and learned of the stories that have made Niagra Falls special - would highly recommend.

We had a great time on this tour. If you are there for a short time this is recommended to see everything.

We booked a tour with your company for September 7,2025 in San Antonio Texas. The tour was the San Antonio Premium City Tour for a total of $317.00 for the 2 people. This tour was the most disappointing and unprofessional tour we have ever been on. The tour guide showed up late because she couldn’t retrieve the tour van. It seems the keys were locked up in a parking garage. She picked us up in her personal car and drove us to the garage while she went and picked up the other members of the tour. We then waited over 40 minutes while she and a manager attempted to open the lock box. After several unsuccessful attempts they ordered an Uber to take us around. Our tour guide was pleasant but dressed in a T-shirt and scrubby jeans. She was obviously embarrassed by the events which were transpiring and kept apologizing. She indicated the tour company had recently been acquired by a Canadian company and the transition had not been smooth. While visiting one of the missions we saw your other company van. Our tour guide informed us they were filming a commercial and needed the van. Apparently, the commercial was more important then paying customers on this particular day. The tour guide informed us multiple times we would receive a full refund.

Amazing! Attended this tour with my parents with the purpose of getting the full experience and learning more about the falls. We got to experience everything from sightseeing to boat tour. It was all included so, we were very glad. We got to see the falls from any point and angle haha. The tour guide was very informative, kind and helpful with everything. We were in a small group of 7 people and it was such an amazing experience. Thank you!

Unfortunately we were in a group of tourists who have also Book a boat trip diirectef directly to Niagara falls. Therefore the schedule was switched for getting the boat and we had to wait 1,5 hours for them.
