We were picked up on the dot; the van was clearly marked and the guide wore company polo; easy to identify. Trip from Toronto to Niagara took about an hour. Our guide; G.; overheard my son complaining about skipping breakfast and pulled over for a quick hot meal. G. was fun; calm; upbeat; knew how to navigate crowded spots and told us where to go if we wanted to see something specific; where to take best pictures. There were no unnecessary stops for shopping and wine tastings ( I was traveling with a kid who had zero interest in these activities). On the way back G. taught my son a new game that kept him off computer games-thank you!! -and dropped us off at a convenient location. All in all; we would have spent almost the same amount of money; a lot more time; and would have been treated like cattle if we were to go with a bus trip with a larger company. We will be taking another kid to Canada soon; and will definitely travel with Sight See again.

<p>Great tour. Robbie; our tour guide; was very knowledgeable; friendly; and gave us a great tour. The small group; only 4 people; made going around very easy; with very personal attention. The tour of the falls lighting control room was a fun way to end the tour. Highly recommend this tour.</p>

<p>Helicopter; Boat trip and restaurant were EXCELLENT. Just didn't think much of the walk walk behind the waterfall.</p>

<p>Great tour and our tour guide Mike was informative and kept us on schedule for all the different tours! <br/>The one negative was the short duration of the helicopter tour. Felt like I just got settled in my seat and we were landing again. Ok; I realize it's a business and flight time is expensive.</p>

<p>Was me and 3 teenage boys. I had a lot of driving this trip and it was nice to have someone else do the driving who knew where they were going. Also nice to have the small van vs the big tour buses. The extra info you get from a guide is always a plus. Our guide was friendly and entertaining. If you are 5 people or less; this is the way to go. Going in mid-October was also good. There really weren't big crowds; the weather was still nice; and the falls are still turned on.</p>

<p>I would highly recommend this tour as a way to see Niagara Falls. Our tour guide Dustin was very informative. He picked us up at our hotel and we made several stops including the amazing hornblower cruise. I don't think we would have gotten to see as much on our own.</p>

Our guide; Guy; not only could juggle; but he picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off after a great half day of seeing the best of everything. Tour included the Sky Tower; Journey under the Falls; Harbor Mist Cruise; and a short drive to the whirlpool; in addition to great history and local advice. Highly recommend!

<p>Jon was a fabulous guide as we explored and learned about Toronto. His enthusiasm was contagious!! He informed us about the plans for the day and the timing. We were the first ones up on the CN Tower. It was so nice enjoying it without a crowd of people! We loved the stop at the local market!</p>

<p>My husband and I found this tour very informative about the falls as well as the city of Niagara; Ontario. Part of the tour was an orientation to the city and its highlights. The following day we drove around Niagara and revisited the locations our guide had explained to us. This allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted at each site. My husband and I really enjoy the small tours of not more than six people. We highly recommend this tour.</p>
