<p>Very energetic and informative tour guide who knew the city well so she could time all of our stops for the optimal experience and traverse the city with ease. Lots of good historic information as well as recommendations for other stops and restaurants on our own.</p>

We did the helicopter ride with lunch last week. Carwyn was our guide; and he was great! He is very polite; energetic; knowledgeable and funny! He cracked a few jokes; which only my husband and I laughed at; but hey; we get his humor lol. There is enough time between each event to take pictures and take in the sights. You won't regret the boat ride or the helicopter ride- just amazing. The only things that could have been better are: 1) Bigger van/vehicle (we had a minivan and squeezed in 6 adults & 1 child. It worked out just fine; but we thought; what if there was someone in our group who was handicapped or perhaps on the larger side.. it would've been embarrassing if they couldn't fit into the van. 2) The helicopter ride is literally a 12 minute ride- take in the sights as much as you can. This is no surprise that it is short; so don't waste time once you get off the ground. Take pics and enjoy! Try to sit near the window for getting the best pictures.When you are boarding the helicopter; the guys rush you in; so if you are going with a group; plan ahead where you will sit. There is no time to take a picture in front of the helicopter with your own phone/camera. The only pic that is taken is the one they take; which isn't very good because you are standing with strangers; and it is so windy so everyone's hair is flying all over the place. 3) When you have lunch at the Skylon Tower; please note that drinks are not included in the meal! The server took our drink orders and I got a glass of wine; and my husband got a soda. We found out that alcohol is 10 bucks and soft drinks are 4 bucks. We only were informed after the fact. Keep in mind as you place your drink orders! One guy in our group paid $22 for 1 glass of wine and 3 iced teas! The meal; however; was rather tasty. You also get a dessert & coffee- nice surprise! The views from Skylon are amazing! Besides these; the trip was overall great! The Hornblower cruise was sooo cool; I loved every minute. The view from behind the falls is breathtaking. I didn't think I could stare at falling water for that long; but apparently I can! Go and enjoy!!!

What a GREAT way to tour. Limited to 6 people only. This is a superb tour especially if you are limited on time. It is a full day as the helicopter wait can be lengthy. Our group was a lot of fun and so was our guide. Take water proof shoes for the Maiden of the Mist ride. We didn't get to eat at Skylon Tower as stated but we had a great lunch on the falls.

We had an amazing experience on our tour which included journey behind the falls; a Hornblower cruise and the Skylon tower. Our guide Mike made getting us to all these attractions really easy and straight forward. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was really eager to answer any questions we had about the falls history and surrounding area. We were made to feel really comfortable on our small group tour which included myself and my partner and another couple. I would highly recommend a tour with these guys if you are planning a visit to the falls.

<p>My experience with the Ulimate Toronto Tour was fabulous! Every detail was handled perfectly. John was one of the best tour guides I have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable; friendly; courteous; and helpful. The tour itinerary gave us a very good overview of the city. We were picked up and dropped off in timely fashion and given enough time at each stopping point to really see and appreciate what we were there to see. I highly recommend this tour for the quality and value it provides!</p>

<p>Chris did a good job of getting to our miscellaneous stops for this tour. The voyage to the falls was exciting and WET! Tour is somewhat pricey but overall worthwhile.</p>

<p>Karwin was our tour guide and we could not have asked for a better person to show us around. Not only was he knowledgeable; chivalrous; and kind --- He was also witty; light-hearted; and funny. We felt very taken care of and that we could rely on Karwin in totality. He made the entire tour extremely comfortable; worth-while; and SO FUN I could go on and on. He has great energy and a knack for helping people care/learn about the beauty and history that this area has to offer -- We are extremely grateful to him for helping us truly see with our eyes; minds; and souls what he knows about Niagra Falls and all it has to offer. We did the 'ULTIMATE NIAGARA FALLS TOUR' (Canadian side is the way to go). 5-hour tour with pickup anywhere in Niagara Falls; CA. We were staying in Niagara-on-the-lake; so we drove in and parked by the IMAX theater in Niagara Falls for the pickup. This was a very enjoyable and relaxed way to do the Niagara attractions. Of course you can do each yourself (Skylon; Behind-the-Falls; Hornblower boat tour); but being driven by a knowledgable; personable guide in a small private group was worth it. They line it all up; usher you in at the front of the line; and make it all very easy and low stress. Our guide Mike was very knowledgeable; funny; and really emphasized the natural beauty of Niagara - giving tips and showing us the city parks and free hikes outside the kitsch and glitz of the downtown casino/tourist areas. We followed his advice and enjoyed a great hike along the river the next day at Niagara Glen Nature Preserve and took in the Botanical Garden. I'd recommend.

Tour was perfect. Six passenger van. Got to know your car-mates. Not a lot of walking; which was great for Seniors with breathing problems. Our guide Kerwin was magnificent and very knowledgeable . Saw all the sights at a very leisurely pace. Price up and delivery at hotel another plus. Cost very reasonable since it includes ALL admissions and fees. Wonderful tour!

My guide Guy was professional; knowledgeable and pleasant. This was a small tour group which I appreciated. The tour gives you enough time to explore on your own.
