Communication prior to the trip was a little odd; and the number I called kept going to a voicemail. That is the only thing I think they need to work on. Is giving you a direct number that someone will answer. We were picked up in front of our hotel; out guide came into the hotel and searched for us which I thought was great. Very nice young man named Carwyn! He was very informative and very funny. Some of his quips (jokes) were very easy to follow and others were very tongue and cheek; but my wife and I found him extremely entertaining. He had a lot of knowledge about the area and would answer any thing we asked. After picking us up; 6 total; we were on our way. He took us on a brief tour of the area before our first stop; which was the Behind The Falls tour. He walked us in; got our tickets for us and gave us a time to meet back at the van. The Behind the falls tour was cool; the history of how the did it and being able to see through the water from the inside was cool. You go down to an observation deck 25 feet from the falls and it can get very wet depending on the wind. Then up the road to the Hornblower tour ( like the Maid of the Mist) just the Canadian version. Starts out right at the American Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls; and takes you up and personal (or as close as you can go) to the Horseshoe Falls; The power and beauty of the falls is incredible. once off the boat we travel down river to the Helicopter facility. The Helicopter ride is only about 12 minutes and is really a quick ride but well worth it. ( I could stay in a helicopter for hours!) the pilot was very smooth and never felt scared. The copter has a great view and he makes a loop at the falls so both sides can see it. After that we went and had dinner at the Skylon Tower. Try and go up on elevator 3 its the best view of the falls; but have you camera or phone ready to take a pic or two. The dinner was good we all had the salmon and enjoyed the view at the rotating restaurant. I would highly recommend this tour especially for the price!

<p>Our tour was more than we expected. Our tour guide was very informative and provided an energetic description of Niagara Falls history ; culture. The time allotted for each section was perfect. We highly recommend this tour.</p>

<p>Great tour; you get to see the falls from every single angle. Tour operator very nice and friendly and run the tour in our pace. It was only 4 of us in the tour but they say the max number is 7 to ensure a more personable experience. We were picked up at 8:45 am - we came from Toronto via greyhound coach and they offered pick up and drop off at the station. Tour lasts from 9 - 2 pm but this is plenty of time and you do get to see everything so not felt that i missed out on anything.<br/> One down side is the customer service; we could not get hold of anyone on the phone to speak to when we wanted to change the pick up point we arranged before; and the couple who did the tour with us had similar issues. Also; the view from the Skylon tower is great and the revolving restaurant provides great opportunities to take nice pictures and get warm after a day of getting wet but the food was very average. Still would definitely go there just for the views.</p>

My wife and I took a six hour ‘Ultimate Toronto City Tour’ with our guide John and six other guests in a very comfortable small Mercedes bus. I will not repeat all the comments of the many other totally justified excellent reviews; only to say that it was the best city tour we have ever taken and really didn’t want it to end. Our guide John could not have been more considerate not only to everyone on our bus but also to everyone we met during the course of the tour. We now have learnt more about this magnificent City than from our guide books. The tour was entertaining and educational from start to finish. Thank you John and See Sight Tours for a day that Sue and I will remember for many years.

<p>Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I took a tour on the American side in August and the Viator on the Canadian side in October. The tour itself; I was not that impressed with and would recommend the tour that I took in August vs. this tour. The Journey behind the falls is quite disappointing compared to the Cave of the Winds on the American side. The boat tour of the falls is the same no matter if you get on it from the Canadian or the American side.</p>

Tour guide Guy was knowledgeable and pleasant. It was well coordinated with the Falls tour and regional attractions.
