This tourist attraction needs a taxi to get there and booking online saves you money.The tourist map is somewhat deceiving as its location looks walkable-maybe in the Olympics. The trip is approx 15 minutes but worth every second.

As part of an 8 day trip; arrived in Niagara Falls in a Monday evening & left on the Wednesday morning so only had 1 full day at the Falls. Booked the 5 hour trip to maximise what we saw. Our guide was knowledgable & friendly. The car seated 6 plus the driver however only 5 & the driver which was probably a good thing as it would have been very cosy otherwise. Due to the time of year; there are restrictions on what you can do. The Horseshoe Falls were amazing. The trip up the tower is a must as the view was spectacular & really helped show the size of the Falls on both the US & Canadian sides. We also saw the floral clock; the butterfly park & the Whirlpool. We were really pleased we booked the trip as it was really enjoyable & it took the stress out of having to use local transport to see everything we wanted to I just 1 day.

Though the day ended up rainy our guide made the best of the day and it was terrific to know more about Toronto. Thankfully we only had 4 people on the trip so we were able to really get to know each other and also it made the day feel like a completely private tour. Only down side was that sometimes you had to be on the timing of someone else if everyone did not come back to the van on time. Of not is that I'm not so sure I would chose again to go on a Monday; due to the market being closed and not being able to do a boat ride because I was there in February; but that didn't diminish the city's charm. I knew all of that going in and still had a great time. Our guide made up for it by visiting places by car going around the city in a comfortable van. I felt like it was worth the price and I was able to go to places I wouldn't have picked for myself just looking at a map; but really enjoyed. Great for a Solo trip. Knowledgeable and Friendly and if she didn't know the answer she would find it out and get back to you.

We arrived very late after being delayed by my the airline. Chris was great. He arrived 2 hours after the tour was due to start and started our tour then. He was more than happy to take photos for us. The exhibitions we were taken to were very good. After being left with only 26 hours in Niagara we managed to cram everything in with this tour.

We arrived by train in Niagara Falls later than the tours are normally scheduled and the staff were amazing to accommodate our timing! We had Carwyn as our tour guide. And he’s the absolute best! Amazing at what he does; we were absolutely satisfied. Very informative. I highly suggest using see sight tours. Ask for carwyn....ALOHA

We had 6 people in our van tour instead of a bus load. It was nice to be able to hear what the driver was telling us about the beautiful sites as we traveled from destination to destination. He answered our questions as well. Very knowledgeable. Being escorted closer to the front of the line for the Boat ride and the Skylon Tower was awesome!. He had the tickets and made sure we were all set before he left to take another group around. He was back to pick us up and on to the next sightseeing spot exactly on time. I love the personal tour a lot! This was the same price as the big bus tours and I would do it again next time if we have the chance.

<p>Could not have been a better way to see all the important Niagara Falls sights. VIP/front-of-the-line benefit was great to avoid long waits; Driver/guide was fantastic. Worth every penny it cost.</p>

<p>We had a great time; two adults and two kids ages 9 and 12! Our guide was fun; knowledgeable; and eager to be sure we saw everything we could! The weather was very overcast and we had to postpone the helicopter portion of the tour until the next day; but our guide made sure that everything would go smoothly even though he wouldn't be taking us to finish that part of the tour. Definitely a 5-star experience!</p>

I was lucky to be the only one vip guest due to a last minute cancellation of all other guests. The helicopter ride was awesome! It's a memory of lifetime! The tourist guide was great; who told me interesting history about the fall all the way. Thank you Carwyn! As far as the boat cruise; I think just forget about it! It's reaaaaally cold outside in winter. The niagara fury and butterfly conservatory were not that bad.

Carwyn (our guide) was great. Was easy to chat with and was knowledgeable of Niagara. Our group was only 4 people. He kept the car warm which was nice. The tour included the best of which for a first time visitor to Niagara fulfilled my curiosity and ticked all my want tos.
