What a great tour we had with John as our tourguide. It is very evident that he loves his adopted city. He had so much knowledge about the history of Toronto with all sorts of interesting tidbits. My sister and I enjoyed every minute. He went above and below to make our tour unique; he even lay down on the cold wet pavement to take great pictures of our groups at the CN Tower.

This agency sent me an email saying that they would confirm the day before. When they didn’t; I tried to call their office on the morning of the tour; a little after they were supposed to be open and got their automated answering machine. There was no way to leave a message. Fearing that they were not open; we made other plans. At the time of the tour the guide called saying he was there to pick us up. We had already left.

On our 40th wedding anniversary we had a dream tour of Niagara Falls. Our tour guide Steve was excellent and persevered in trying to ensure we got our helicopter trip despite early cloud cover. Well worth the money. Because of the season; the Maid of the Mist trip was replaced by the butterfly farm which was superb. Would thoroughly recommend this trip.

This was our first visit to the Niagara Falls and that was the way to find them out. Our guide Robin was great and we learned so much from him.

Because of the terrible cold and snowy weather; we were the only ones on the tour and that made it that much better! Tour guide was fantastic and answered any question we had. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the falls and area. Definitely worth the money!!

I was in town on business and decided to take the tour over the weekend. I was a solo traveller and joined 3 other tourists on the tour. We were all made to feel comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our day. John is the best tour guide he’s funny; full of knowledge and made the tour fabulous beginning to end! I even keep saying the lake ryhme to myself! Thanks John!!!

our tour guide was very nice; spoke English very well; and spent quite a bit of time telling us some history of niagra falls not just taking us to different sites. he took us to different places and had a story for each one. we went to the butterfly conservatory and it was wonderful. the stories of using the water for power were interesting. he also suggested which places to visit after the tour including wineries that we had seen on the way in. loved the tour and our guide

Thanks to Steve our tour guide who went out of his way to make this a special experience. Somehow we managed to get on the helicopter trip as soon as the weather cleared.
