Wir hatten die Tour bei den niagara fällen die mehrere Stationen beinhaltete : Tower; Behind the falls; floral clock; bootstour und Besichtigung des Whirlpools !Ich kann die Tour ; trotz des höheren Preises ; nur empfehlen! So sieht man alles; das auch sehenswert ist ! Unsere Guides Mary Alice und Alex waren sehr sehr nett und haben sich auf alle gut eingestellt ! Daumen nach oben !!!!!

We started the day early with Carwyn already waiting for us in our hotel lobby at the designated pickup time . By the time we had picked up all the other passengers from their hotels the van was quite squishy . We had seven in our group and In particular it was very tight in the back seat with three of us and minimal leg room and as traffic was heavy it took us 2 uncomfortable hours to get to the falls . The window in the back seat is also small and the view is restricted from there . That is our only complaint. . The tour was great with the boat definitely being the highlight . It was great to skip the ques with our guide . Carwyn was very friendly and gave us a good overview . Had the van been larger it would have been perfect !

Despite a bumpy start to our day; (The pickup was 30 minutes late with no notification. Had I not called; I would have thought we were forgotten!) we ended up having a fantastic time. We got to see all the things we expect it to. Our guide; Guy was fantastic! Very engaging and fun with our children; and very knowledgeable about all things Niagara! An awesome guy! 🤪 We enjoyed a practically private tour; and that made for a terrific experience.

Please send me the tour guide I need a new time & date for may 7; 2018; I miss the bus on the 7; I want it set up for the 8 of may while I am still in town; I call Doug & he said he would sent the schedule for tomorrow ! Please send; I am in the hotel waiting Mary Davis

It was great that everything was taken care of for us. We didn’t have to worry about how to get to any of the locations; tickets were taken care of for us; all we had to do was enjoy the views and experiences!

My tour of Niagara Falls with Carwyn ( I believe that’s how it’s spelt) was informative fun charming and relaxed. Our small intimate group of six was driven around the area via mini van and experienced the skylon tower; journey behind the falls and the hornblower tour. We even saw the floral clock which was on my “sights to see” list. Our guide recommended places to eat in the area and even dropped us off at our chosen destination. The only reason why this tour did not receive an excellent rating was for the mini van. It does not have as well as a viewing capability compared to a larger bus. But don’t let that stop you from booking this tour!

Dayna our tour guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly for the 9am - 2pm tour. As we were driven to both CN Tower and Casa Loma her insights into Canada and Toronto were very informative. Both are definitely worth seeing. Initially we were informed the Harbour Cruise wasn't running as it was too early in the season and we would receive a refund. However as our tour progressed Dayna made a call and found out the cruise was running at 3pm so we could take that if we wanted. We chose to go on the cruise. Given our tour ended at 1.30pm we had to make our own way to and from. This meant another $25 on top of what we'd paid. I believe we should've been given the option to be picked up and dropped back - as that was what we paid for originally. The cruise provides good views of the city skyline. Just be mindful of the above; otherwise I would've given it 4 or even 5 stars.

We scheduled to take this tour May 1st. We were met out front of our hotel by a tour guide named Guy. As soon as we step foot in the minivan; we are told there’s no boat ride. The boat ride was the main reason we booked the tour so you can imagine how upset we were. Also; when we called to confirm our reservation there was absolutely no mention of there not being a boat ride. The site indicated that the season the boat was closed from December to April. As I mentioned; our tour was set for May 1st. So upon learning this information; of course my friend and I and the couple on the tour with us had many questions as we were very confused. Guy was very condescending when we tried to inquire about why there was no boat ride. Now although; we were offered our money back; it’s not like we would have gotten it right then and there and been able to use it on another activity. So after that; Guy said in a very condescending tone; “Well we can either go and have a good time or we can go and complain the whole time; or you don’t have to go at all”; which was VERY rude after being surprised at the last minute that there was no boat ride. All in all; we had an OK time but it was because we decided to have a good time and have good attitudes. however it should be in big BOLD print somewhere that there’s a possibility the boat could be not running even after the closed season has ended.

Our guide was very friendly; humourous and Knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. I loved the fact that it is such a small group and you are picked up right at your hotel! I would highly recommend this tour!!
