I booked this tour with my parents in mind. This tour and company worked out perfectly. We weren't rushed; as timing between getting out of the van and when we needed to return was appropriate. It's nice being on a more personal level with a small group tour such as this. Excellent service!

We did the day tour of Niagara; collection and drop off from our Toronto Hotel; Skylon Tower; Journey behind the falls; then the boat experience. Had an hour or so after for food and lounging in the park. Totally recommend the company; our guide Robbie was in his second season of touring and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. Collected us on time; very friendly; lots of stories about who had attempted to go over the falls which our kids loved! Having the guide meant we didn't have to worry about finding our way; parking; or missing public transport connections. Also took us on a drive down the valley explaining the history of the falls; lots of info about the hydro-electric power; stopped off to look at the whirlpool etc. Having Robbie made for a much more relaxing trip for the adults; and we all had a really fab day. The boat trip was probably the highlight. Be prepared to get very wet! If like us you have a teenager who wouldn't be seen dead in a poncho; they do sell sweaters in the Falls gift shop (!) Try and book on a Sunday if you can - traffic is much lighter.

Great tour and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and history of the landmarks.

The small tour group allowed for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. Our tour guide Jackie was super friendly; upbeat; and extremely knowledgeable of the area and its history. The company was very quick to respond to our questions upon booking and accommodating of our pick up area. If you really want a great tour and experience go with this tour!

We booked the day & night combo tour which consists of Journey behind the falls; Hornblower cruise to the falls; Skylon Tower; a three course meal at restaurant overlooking the falls; a night cruise & the illumination tower where you can change the colour of the falls at night. Unfortunately the night cruise was cancelled due to a sudden drop in temperature but we were informed the day before and this didn’t spoil our experience. Our guide Sean was excellent and a font of all knowledge and took as round more of Niagara giving plenty of facts as we went round. The whole tour was well worth the money & we would highly recommend booking through See Sight - very professional & reliable and if you are lucky to get Sean as your guide then even better!

<p>We recently visited Niagara Falls on the Canadian side and booked Viator with their Ultimate Tour Package. This was very worthwhile; especially for people who have limited time there as it took you to all the highlights in the area. We were fortunate to have an exceptional guide by the name of Guy. He was comical; funny and informed. He must have been popular in the area because everyone knew him. We've used Viator on several tours around the country and have always found it to be exceptional. I would give this a 5 star rating along with our guide Guy!</p>

Our tour guide Robbie was friendly and loaded with knowledge I would recommend this tour for anyone. Graet experience I would do this again.

The tour was so fantastic and it was led by two awesome tour guides! We laughed and talked and were informed about so many awesome places on the tour. The guides were professional and down to earth I’d also add very intelligent. I would take this same tour over and over again just because the experience was so great. One thing I also loved was it felt like there was so much to do it just kept going and going in the few hours from 8:30am until roughly 3pm we were moving the whole time and it was so enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone! I hope I get the chance to lead people to the tour because they really deserve the business!

My husband and I took a quick trip up to Niagra Falls and booked a 5 hour trip with See Sight Tours. Carwyn was our guide; and he was a delightful young man. He was very knowledgeable and showed us a good time.

Our guide Dana was amazing; super knowledgeable and energetic. She pointed out many places that we have to visit on our next trip to the city.

Pros: On time pick up; transport vehicle in excellent condition; specializes in small group tours (there were only 4 people on our tour); staff had impeccable attitude/great personality; skip the line tickets to each attraction; tour guide was excellent driver (very smooth and safe driving the whole way) Cons: There was no time allotted for lunch (just 10 mins here & there if you finished any of the attractions early); we were asked if we wanted to stop for lunch somewhere at the end of the tour; but it was already around 2pm - considering we were picked up at 7am; it would make sense to be able to get lunch around 12pm. There was also no information beforehand regarding whether we should bring water & snacks (which thankfully we did); non-slip shoes; extra clothing/socks/shoes (because you get pretty wet on the boat ride) - both of which would have been helpful to know. FYI - the Skylon Tower wasn't fully open; and it's just like any other tower - totally not worth it in my opinion. The Behind the Falls experience; the Hornblower boat; and even just standing on the viewing platform outside the entrance of Behind the Falls were the best way to feel the power and beauty of Niagara Falls. Overall; we really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend this company.

Visiting Niagara for the first time; we decided to take this tour and it was a great experience. First class service and a really nice tour guide - Paige. They pick you up at your hotel; take you the best attractions and return you at the end. All the tour was very good. Weather is nice this time of year which allows for a nice boat ride into the falls. It is a very proffessional tour. You will get wet! Wear appropriate clothing.
