This is the best way to visit and learn the history of Niagara Falls ! Professional staff well organized to make you enjoy your stay .However;do not book this Tour to a third party like Viacon who will overcharge you and have no control over anything.

the guide is very acknowledgeable on Niagara falls. with this tour; you can have 360degree to see Niagara fall. to riding the boat and to visit behind the fall can give you close view of it. skylon tower can give you top view of the fall. if you think not high enough; the helicopter can give you most impress view of the fall.

The ride was exceptional and very well organized. The dinner was a complete meal overlooking the falls. Our tour guide was very professional and had answers for any question the was asked of her.

The Canadian side is awesome and is worth the trip for someone living in the US.I will encourage anyone to visit and see one of the best things that mother nature has to offer.

I am so glad that on our first day we took this tour. The group was small and nimble (van vs. bus). Emma; our driver; was perky and knowledgeable. We learned many fun facts along the way. It was great to be able to easily visit these areas with easy transportation. We had to move along a bit fast; but that was OK because we knew we could always go back for another look. Affordable and a great time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Toronto who wants a sneak peek at this wonderful city!

I would highly recommend this tour. From the moment that we were picked up to the time we were dropped off we had so much fun. It began when we had changed our pick up location 3 times (which the company accommodated each time without any issues)... Then our tour guide Katelyn picked us up. She was very friendly and had a great enthusiasm from the beginning. We got into the van and there was already a couple in there. Then we proceeded to pick up a mother and daughter pair. Katelyn would tell jokes and icebreakers to get us all comfortable with each other. The 6 of us hit it off like we had known each other a long time. Katelyn was very knowledgeable and shared it freely with us. She would tell us the best places to stand to get the perfect view; or recommendations on how to get the most out of each of the sites. She kept on top of the wait times at each of the tours and adjusted accordingly to ensure we did not have any excessive wait times. Katelyn made it very obvious that our pleasure during the entire tour was her priority. She would juggle all of this between two tour groups at the same time. She would drop us off at one site and pick another group up. I highly recommend this tour and also to ask for Katelyn. You will not be disappointed!!!

This is a must do if you are visiting the falls; once in a lifetime experience. Breathtaking views and a very smooth ride.Professional and courteous staff.

I highly recommend this tour and tour company. This experience truly made our vacation to Niagara Falls! This tour allows you to get dropped off and directly on to each of the attractions with little to no wait. They gave us just the right amount of time at each location. We were able to store our extra items in the van while at the attractions; so we didn't have to lug everything everywhere. I also loved getting picked up/dropped off directly at our hotel. Our tour guide; Elijah; made sure to share Niagara Falls tips; trivia; and history with us along the way which greatly added to our memorable experience! His advice even got us the best viewing spot on the Hornblower cruise :) The tour groups are small (ours had 6); so you really feel like you are getting special treatment and allows for efficient managing of the group from place to place. This tour is worth every penny!
