First off; great customer service to Anna! Half of our party was delayed at the airport so we had to change our tour. Anna changed it for us without any fuss. Thank you so much to Anna. We had an awesome family tour!!! We booked the Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour. It included pick-up from our hotel: Sheraton on the Falls; then first stop was at the Skylon Tower; then drive along Falls Ave to learn about the area; then drive thru Dufferin Park; then the Hornblower cruise to see both falls up close; then drive to the Whirlpool lookout. Robbie was our driver and tour guide. He and Elijah make a great team. They took us (a family of 8) all over Niagara. They were entertaining and provided great insights to the places we visited. We especially enjoyed the personalized feeling of being in a small group. Good job guys!!!

Whilst in USA for a Friendship Force Exchange in 2010 I visited Niagara Falls What an awesome place! The Canadian side is definitely the better viewing. Heard the stories of people going over these roaring falls in barrels etc also walking across the gorge below on tightropes etc. just crazy! I experienced the simulator which takes you on the journey of how the falls began it is a virtual experience but seems so real that when it is concluded by your going over the falls it seems so real! An awesome experience! Going right up to the base of the Falls in the Maid of the Mist was incredible I spent 2 wonderful days here staying T the Sheridan Hotel which had an awesome view over the Falls from The Restuarant on the top floor. Was summer balmy and warm .i am told that winter at the Falls is another experience with frost and icicles everywhere. I am so glad I got to see this natural wonder

Highly recommend this tour. Admissions are included with this tour. The tour guides know the ins and outs of each attraction. We never had to stand in any line for tickets and Dayna gave us tips of what not to miss at each stop. She was very informative and interesting. Toronto is a busy city and this tour made visiting very easy. You won’t be disappointed!

The tour included most of the sights we wanted to see without the hassle of driving and parking. Sean was our tour guide and was absolutely wonderful! He gave us tips at each stop that made the experience even better. He has a great personality and is the perfect tour guide!

I can’t say enough good things about See Sight. They helped us pack a lot into our one full day in Niagara Falls. John; our guide; was terrific and we experienced things most tourists don’t get a chance to do (like changing the colors of the lights on the falls). They can fit up to 7 passengers in each van (which were comfortable). I highly recommend them.

Our tour guide Jacklyn was great. We enjoyed the sights. Here was the problem. We waited over an hour for the tour to begin. We received an email stating to be int he hotel lobby by 2:50 p.m; which we were. We waited until 3:30 and then AI contacted Viator to be told they would contact See Sights in the area. We did not receive notification until I called their number and said we were not waiting any longer. That was at 4:10. They called back and said someone would be there to pick us up in 15 minutes. This causes the entire tour to be rushed. While we were to have a quiet dinner; we arrived to learn our table had been given away. We had to wait 15 minutes; which meant we had 25 minutes to eat before we had to leave to meet the boat. Dinner was awful. They didn't have what we ordered so we had to choose something else. The soup was cold.My beef was so tough I didn't eat it. These things overshadowed the experience. I believe we should receive am partial refund as this was an expensive tour.

This was a great way to spend a birthday. Being picked up at your hotel takes all of the stress of getting to and from away and Jackylne (hope I spelled it correctly) was very personable and informative. The dinner was decent with exceptional views and timed just right for the boat tour. The views from the boat gets you close to each falls although not as close as a day trip because of the night cover. But still an exceptional experience especially with the fireworks. Note-there is a bit of walking to get to boat on inclines. The coolest is changing the colors on the Falls. Well worth the money.

Super fun tour. Elijah was so great with his jokes and professionalism. We had some older people and I really appreciate the time Elijah took to help them and make the tour a very special experience for all. We learned many new facts about Niagara falls and then we were able to change the lights on the falls which was really cool and we met Bob. Thanks again for making our travel very fun and special. Elijah is one of the best tour guides I have ever encountered and is a real asset to your organization. Elements was good and the boat ride was very fun! Would do it again.

We truly enjoyed the small tour with a personal tour guide. The four of us were joined by only one other couple (6 total on tour). We were driven around in a minivan making this a unique tour especially in comparison to large tour buses jammed with hundreds of visitors. Our guide was informed and very personable. Highly recommend this tour.

Elijah was an awesome guide! Our 3yr old grand daughter took to him like he was an old friend. After the first stop she would ask where her friend Elijah was. The next day she was asking where her friend was. He was a fountain of knowledge and a great guide! Would definitely recommend!

I took my mom her on her fist visit in Canada and i used this company in Niagara falls trip. We enjoy our group and the tour guide; he is amazing !! June 2017 trip.
